For YEARS now this company has been nothing but professional, clear, and concise in how they handle their clients. James explains what and how he got his figures plainly so that you can understand how he arrived at his numbers. He goes on to explain what will happen next and what to expect. I'm not sure what Anna B. and her Alt Courtney Z are talking about but they probably didn't understand what THEY needed to do in order to complete their return. There are 5 associates in the office, more coming and going up and down the stairs... no one answered the phone? Doubtful!
