I have a bad habit of waiting to the last minute (which I do not recommend even though KJH is amazing). I refused to pay due to the massive miscalculations on his behalf as I had to find another account to fix his work. Then he sent me to collections after speaking to him about the discrepancy and him taking zero responsibility for his work. Since then, basically strong armed me into paying him by having my credit score held hostage for 2 years now by giving me the only derogatory mark my credit score has ever seen. Shame on you ken, you should be helping people that employ you, not screwing them over. I don't suggest any business owner go here as ken here does subpar, misinformed work and seriously behind on continuing his education of current tax laws according to the firm that had to fix the mess Ken made for me.
