I don't need a cab often, but when I do, every single time I call them, they either don't answer, or they say there are no cabs available. All the drivers are jerks...they don't wear seat belts, they constantly talk on their cell phones, and just generally treat people like crap. And I need to make a formal complaint, because they constantly block the handicapped spaces at the train station in the mornings, and refuse to move if I signal to them. I'm pretty sure this violates some kind of law. I will be searching until I find out where to report them for this. read more

There should be an option for no stars ! I have had to many bad incidents with this company . This is the worst cab company i have ever seen in life . They always lie about the time it will take to come get you don't tell me 5 mins when it's really a 30 min wait . The thing I hate most about this horrible cab company is that they will send a cab filled with other people without even telling you ! Shady and unprofessional. Charged me $9 to literally go 2 minutes. The male dispatcher Sandy was rude, disrespectful and hung up on me when I questioned the random price of the fare even wanting to charge extra for me having 2 young children. I would rather walk to my destination than deal with these thieves.. my driver was pleasant but Sandy needs to learn how to speak to people and stop stealing people's money. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. Called for a taxi and was told 15 mins. It was over an hour before it finally showed up and the driver picked-up and dropped off someone else first. I called to complain to a supervisor and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that the driver is innocent--I told him the customer is innocent too. It's the company and their disregard for their customers that's guilty. This company will not get another dime from me and I suggest everyone think about where you spend your money. Don't spend with companies that don't value and respect their customers. read more

This is the worst!! Taxi company next to taxi America. I call a cab to and from work every day. Dispatcher are rude and nasty, they hang up on you. They racist as well, had my friend who is black call a cab for me, because u can also tell in his voice, they said they dont have taxi available, i called a min after and got a taxi sent to me. Smh cab drivers are stupid, never know where they going, reckless driver almost got hit by a truck once because the driver was on the phone. Come to work late almost everyday no matter how ahead of time i call. They pick me up with someone in the car, drop them off, pick someone else up, drop them off then drop me off after having me run around the whole dam town. They tell you 5 to 10 mins, have you waiting for an hour. I hate this company with a passion. You have no fucking idea the shit i been through because of their Horrible!! Custmor service. I made a review about this company a while back, and even though I was dissatisfied, I continued calling them because other cab companies never have cars. However, in these past 4 months.. my feelings about them have not changed whatsoever. If anything, they've gotten even WORSE. I was contacted by the manager following my first post, but once I responded he never did. This company has once again, showed just how unprofessional they are. I called my cab last night at around 4:50 & wound up waiting so long that I just decided to walk home. I waited for a little over an hour when I was told it would be "5-10mins". And when I calle them back around 5:40 to see where the cab was, the phone just rang off the hook. I called over 10 times & never got an answer. This company doesn't care about their customers, nor do they have any consideration for where people have to be. They're all about money. I'm determined to find another cab company because this company is the most unreliable company around. read more

Never had an issue with this cab company. I have always arrived at my destination on time, even when I have been in a rush. Cabs are always clean, drivers are always friendly, and the dispatchers have been pleasant. They have always been reliable cab company and not expensive with their rates either. read more

You have to call an hour in advance to get your train and the dispatcher will tell you 5 - 10 minutes every time and then when the taxi come they have 3-4 pickups and sometimes dropping them off out of the way while your train is leaving to be honest I'll not recommend them . read more
