Ce serais bien si on nous avais dit qu'il n'y avais pas de van dès le début aulieu de perdre notre temps.

The driver said if we called and made a reservation, the company could drive us back to our plane in Montreal. Called, made a reservation of the next morning at 9:30. Asked if we were locked in, confirmed, they assured me we were. Called at 9am just to be sure that a car would be coming at 9:30. The woman on the phone said one would be coming. At 9:40, I called to ask where our car was -- and now they said they would look for one. That is unacceptable-- especially when my family had a plane to catch. Total disaster. Don't use these people -- they aren't trustworthy when you need them.
