The only issue I had was that after returning home from the appt, they contacted me and wanted photos of all my documentation for deductions. So I had to send in all my photos of receipts, paperwork, etc. after I was just there and they chose not to take copies of my documentation. Seems like they should have just made copies/scanned all my proof of receipts, but then they pushed that work onto the customer. On my most recent visit, there were a ton of people here having their taxes done and the waiting area was full. So always make an appt early.
