A very clearly communicated to you that the IRS has already received my return and has posted so on their website and that my return was $1,098 the exact amount that was on the return we sent. But for whatever reason this information is not fathomable to Trish. The only thing she was capable of doing was calling me and reading the prescripted message. When I attempted to call back again and ask specifically for a different person she specifically went out of her way to call me back and then immediately began to chastise me on the phone causing me to immediately hang up on her. I do not want to speak to Trish but I need help. The only thing I can think of to do is never to return to this location again.
