After the experience I recently had with this cleaning company, I cannot in good faith recommend their services and would never pay $400+ for their services again. While the cleaning job was decent and I appreciated communication from one of the operators, Jade, there was a lack of professionalism on behalf of the cleaning crew and we experienced significant dismissal regarding a complaint which lead to our paying additional money to have an area of our floors cleaned after the cleaning crew finished. Simple transparency and good customer service goes a long way. With there being ample cleaning services in the area, I would recommend spending your well earned money with a company that values customers and their experiences. Accordingly, I would not recommend to a friend.
