Within 10 minutes, Joanni (the owner) responded and was able to schedule us for the very next day--when every other place I contacted was booked out for weeks! Joanni was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially since we were in the middle of a move. She and Allie arrived right on time and got right to work on a move-in deep clean. They brought their own supplies, were super friendly, and truly took their time to do the job right. You could tell they cared about the quality of their work. For the amount of time effort in detail they put into the clean. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I work from home and had my dog in the house while they cleaned, and they were both so kind and respectful the entire time. The appointment was moved last minute from 11am to 6-7pm (they came at 7:30), which I accommodated though it was annoying because I had planned to start moving in that evening and now couldn't, but the cleaning itself was nowhere near what I was promised. I was told the entire house would be dusted, shelves and cabinets wiped out, floors swept and mopped, and everything left spotless along with a LONG list of things that should've been cleaned. Instead, I walked into cobwebs in multiple rooms, bathroom cabinets with hair, kitchen cabinets still dusty, gunk left on the floors, and even a toilet with urine on the outside and this was before I had even moved in so it was not mine. I ended up having to go back over everything myself. The women who came were very kind, but the actual cleaning was not worth the $200 I paid. I asked for a small discount afterward ($20 off), but in hindsight I wish I had pushed for more given the amount of work I had to redo. To make matters worse, within an hour of leaving around 9pm, they texted me at 10pm saying they "still haven't received payment." Considering they had rescheduled the job 8 hours later the night before, that felt very unprofessional and in poor taste. I have debated writing a review all month and truly wanted to support this woman-owned business, but I also want to be honest for anyone considering them and tell you to double-check what level of service you'll be getting.
