The installation of the unit went very smoothly-The garage door opener works well. For some reason we had an issue with the myQ app and the smart connectivity for the garage door. Guy -the owner of New York Garage Doors -refused to accept payment for the garage door until this glitch was fixed-in fact he personally came to my home to troubleshoot the problem until it was working perfectly. It took David and his team over 2 months to complete the job and the doors do not close smoothly and flush. I still have to call someone to further cut the bottom of the left door so that it will close properly without damaging the bottom track and seal. David started off very professional and expected me to fix what he couldn't. His team did not cut the doors properly which he assured they could do.
