After four email exchanges, and me completely telling him what I was looking for (8 hrs coverage, second shooter, etc.) he still did not give me any information on pricing, which I had asked for each time. When I mentioned to him that I still had not received any of the information I was looking for he responded back with "to be honest most of my clients come from recommendations or referrals and i never book an inquiry from a google search, ive found most of them are price shoppers or tire kickers and have no interest in quality or creative photography. i dont really think my questions are alluring since i dont want to waste either of our time if its not a good fit." Along with a link to his pricing information. My response to the email is actually how I still feel, and should be considered for potential brides. Again, good pricing and I liked his work. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything else about the business because nothing progressed out of it per my personal issues with how he treated me. In addition, he never responded back to my email... "I'm sorry if you consider sending an email response back is a waste of your time, as you put my inquiry. I did a Google search because I have an eye for photography and want to see whats out there myself, and I could care less for which bridal magazine, website, or anyone who pays for their advertisement to be there, which isn't the best refferal to me. I simply liked your work, so I asked what your pricing was because I was interested. That is how you set your business (site) up to work. Your prices were reasonable but this whole experience has left me not want to deal with your hiccups, especially on my wedding day. Also, for any business owner who has the concept that someone contacting you to seek business is a waste of time and effort; maybe you should skip that step of contacting your clients and put the investment on your site, so future clients can skip the 'customer service'. My only reason to tell you this is for your own sake, but as a customer from the beginning, you have made me feel completely unimportant as a client. I hope you treat all clients equal, under the only difference is whether they typed in the 'wrong' word as their resource. Sorry to have wasted both of our time and effort

The main "items" we were searching for in a package.....x2 shooters, option for more time to be added, engagement session INCLUDED, professional wedding album INCLUDED, and unlimited downloads/prints due to getting the printing right.....CHECK!
