We had rented a pontoon for a Sunday. I was told there are only FULL day rentals and no half days…read more I had informed them we wouldn't be arriving until 11:30 and would be losing the first three hours of renting that we pay for. Yep! Full day fee no matter what. Whatever, fine we will pay the full day. We went from 11:30-5(losing the first three hours we still paid for). When we returned the boat I was told a white bumper is missing from the boat. It was in the front seat storage but I was still needing to pay an additional $40 to cover the "lost" bummer. So no I was charged not only for the three hours while it sat at the dock not using gas but now I have to pay for a lost bumper that's really there? What the unused hour fees couldn't have covered the bumper fee?? RIP OFF! And the gal who checked us out wouldn't even hear us out. NEVER would recommend this place for renting!! They just want your money vs even considering that maybe the customer is right?!? Don't worry Ding's dick will respond. I a well aware I paid for a full day when I didn't use a full day. That's not my complaint. Poor customer service!!! they had plenty of left over funds we didn't use to replace the bumper. We do have pics of the boat prior to us leaving the dock so the bumper was wasn't there so it wasn't lost in our time. The fact you're not even willing to work with a customer means it's all about how big your wallet can get anyway. We also had an injury in the water and if they truly are customer friendly where it the first aid kit on your boats? NONEXISTENT! The snarky email response this morning was the best to top things off. This place stinks!

No wake area, perfect for kayaking!…read more Mirror lake rentals is inside the park, so you do need to get a state park pass for your vehicle. It is $10 a day, or $35 for the entire year. It is recommended that you book in advance if you are a large group, as the kayaks seem to be limited. It is a very popular place, as the scenery changes dramatically. The lake its' self is rather small, but is connected to windy rivers that are lined by orange cliffs. There is a nice mixture of shaded areas, as well exposed sunny areas. There are many beaches to pull up onto, and a dam at the end of the course. The lake is very friendly for beginners and experts. Kayaks are $10 an hour or $25 for a half day. It takes about 2 hours to get to the dam and back, more if you go casually and like to stop a lot like we did!

Even more impressive was his energy and effort in constantly searching the lake for a better location and better bite. Under some adverse conditions on Day 2, he even had us out on 3 different lakes looking for fish which were being very tight-lipped that day. He uses only top-notch equipment and the latest in ice fishing technology. His fee is reasonable and even includes a fresh cooked hot lunch on the ice (for full day trips) which we really enjoyed.

Although I could've done without the cell phone conversations with his friends while out at sea. Also we were slightly surprised by the final bill. The website said $650 all-inclusive deluxe charters but after we finished there was additional tax and fishing licenses fees added to that posted price. That was easy an additional $100. Then had to laugh when they combined our fish with another parties catch when taking our pictures. It gave the illusion that we caught a whole heck of a lot more fish. I just hope they don't post that on their website. Bottom line is that five guys were able to book a last-minute fishing trip & went home with six nice size salmon and trout despite a less than stellar fishing season. So honestly I can't complain too much. Again, both father and son are friendly. However communication on pricing should be improved.

Spent quite a bit of money and after 2 visits I was told I needed to have my outboard rebuilt…read more Beckers told that they would not do that but selling me a newer motor was the an option. Note the second time I took my boat back in to fix the problem I was told was corrected , I was charged again. I ended up taking my outboard motor elsewhere and for 1/3 the price they completely fixed it and gave me the bad parts back. The first thing I was told at the other dealership is what the compression was in my motor. Becker never gave me any information, sad but true.

Then they did the installation / repairs and billed just as they promised. They are easy to communicate with and transparent on price / lead time. On the Chain or nearby I wouldn't waste time with anyone else for repairs.
