In addition had to turn myself in to RCCC in less than 24 hours putting my school at risk. If you want to do the maximum amount of jail time hire Crowell. If you want alternative sentencing do not hire this firm. Lawyers didn't even show up to court dates on time had to call to let office know lawyers were not at court! Received a call from Mr. Kendrick regarding performance of attorney, stated he would do the following to rectify poor representation of my defense: 1. Will have turn in date extended to 6 weeks the max allowed by criminal court so that I can apply for LOA from school and maintain pursuit of masters degree. 2. Will pay my additional fines other than those converted to jail time. 3. Offered to help with expungement of DUI at no cost to me. Based on these revisions I believe the owners of this firm work hard to provide a great defense and support you along the way; however, stand in attorneys need to be more prepared to provide interim assistance when primary attorneys are not available!
