Bright, airy, calm...even though they are usually very busy, the atmosphere is soothing. Always clean and the staff are so nice! I do make an appointment bc good establishments are usually crowded. Mary is excellent, she knows what I want and does a nice job each time. I always wear sandals so my feet desperately need help but Mary is patient and makes them all smooth again. I highly recommend the shellac bc it lasts for weeks. There is any color you could possibly want. I enjoy my manicure and just get a clear coat to finish off my time here. Oh and eyebrow wax. I was tried of places in town not doing what I asked for. So I came to Taylor to see how they would do!! Rose did my nails! I showed her a picture on my phone and she hooked me up!! Turned out exactly how I wanted!!! She even asked me if she could take a picture of my nails and use it on Facebook! Of course I didn't mind!! She even keeps up with me and likes the pictures I post of my family!! I came back again today after messaging her to see if she was free! This was so helpful bc she had a client end asked me to come in an hour!! I've had the Deluxe Pedicure both times and both times they were great! Did not catch their names but they were great! My boyfriends mom goes here every 2 weeks she loves that she can get a glass of wine while she gets her nails done. I was excited when she invited me to tag along. I was so upset with my experience; I spent the whole time on edge, the lady that did my toenails was lovely and gentle. The lady that did my nails on the other hand was rude I felt gaslit every time I brought up an issue, she was very rough and destroyed my cuticles, even drew blood on my thumb and pinky (pictured) they aren't uniform, she didn't have me wash my hands at the end. This was my fourth time and the quality of service was bad. First off, I had an appointment for mani and pedi at the same time, but they were unable to honor that as there were so many clients and no one available to do manicure. So my clinician did manicure in amount 10 minutes after the pedicure. The pedicure lasted about 25 minutes and heels very rough after she worked on them. Polish did not cover whole nail. The massage was very short. On the manicure I had 3 bleeding cuticles after she finished and she cut nails extremely short. I was disappointed in the whole process. I won't be going back. read more

The woman at the time was super rude and for some reason walked away upset because I pulled my hand away when she knicked me with one of the tools and got hurt. A man ended up finishing my nails and he did great! I do not remember her name but glad she wasn't there for this time around. This time around I got a Manicure & Pedicure. I got there first thing in the morning and it definitely was worth it. Not full at all and relaxing! This was a Tuesday by the way. The only reason I'm not putting five stars is because they charge for every little thing- like my cuticles... Which I though were supposed to be part of the price of the manicure. If I could give this 0 stars, I would and that's saying a lot. Save your money and don't come here. They did a horrible job with my nails and refused to redo them. I spent 35 dollars for nothing. Tina was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried asking her to please redo them. I'm guessing because I'm a student my business is unimportant but that's perfectly fine I'll take my money elsewhere. I just wish I didn't waste any money here. I'll post pictures so you guys can see how bad my new nails look. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed. Every finger has bubbles and dents. I've been going to this place regularly. Never an issue until today. I was told what chair to go to for my pedicure. I sat there no one came to offer anything, turn on the water, or say a word to me. Another lady came in about 20 minutes after me. She was sat in the chair next to me. She was immediately offered something to drink, talked to, water drawn, etc. After about five minutes of still no service I picked up my shoes and walked out. I was made to feel as if I was not seen, a nobody. It was rude. They know I am a regular customer. I always tip well too. I will be finding a new nail shop. read more

They are very covid-19 safe. They make you wash your hands when you walk in, and you have to be screened before being pampered to a TEE. the ladies are very nice & helpful. if they make a mistake or accidentally hurt you, they do their best to make up for it. i've been very satisfied anytime i go. read more

The nail salon is decently priced and decorated. Henry gave a pedicure and was quite good. He was meticulous with the nail polish and recommend an excellent base color. However, the skinny lady with an over-abundance of eye liner did my manicure. She became rude and cold after her 40 unsuccessful attempts for an upgrade to shellac. Wow I don't even know where to begin..... I'll start off with I made an appointment with Rose. Rose rushed through my nails never asked if I liked the length she just cut them how she wanted and sent me off to the other chair to get my toes done after looking at the picture of the nails I asked for and looking at what I received I was very disappointed. After rose was aware I did not like them she tells me to soak my nails and is very rude about it. I sit there 20 minutes soaking my nails while watching them keep taking people even though they were already busy. So after sitting there one of the workers says "oh we don't have time for you, Rose did your nails and you didn't like them find another place." In complete shock that she basically just told to go to hell find somewhere else we're to busy taking people who don't have appointments. I had had enough and walked out my mom then called up there and told them we would have payed for a whole other set of nails they replied with it's not about money you hurt Roses feelings keep in mind I'm 19 and they basically yelled for me to find somewhere else in front of everyone. I hate to leave a negative review but I will never step foot in this establishment again. My daughter was treated very rude and it was uncalled for. I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years and never had a problem until two weeks ago. The normal lady that does my nails was gone so I had someone else do them because I was leaving on a trip. They looked like a first grader did them. They had bumps in them and uneven. Looked totally horrible. I explained I was not happy and went back the next day. They lady that runs the nail salon redid them and charged me $20.00. Never mind I had already paid $40.00 the day before but they wanted to charge me again to fix there mistake. I paid and thought I want complain and go about my business so today when my 19 year old daughter needed to get her nails done I called up there and made an appointment with Rose so she did not get the first grader I got. My daughter texted and said they looked horrible. I told her to have them fix them. I decided to call up there and tell Rose do whatever she needed to do to fix them so she was happy and I would pay whatever (my daughter is leaving on her birthday trip on the 2nd and wanted it to be perfect for her) I was left sitting on the phone and could hear Rose be ever so rude to my daughter. I finally hung up because no one was coming to the phone. My daughter called me 25 minutes later and said they put her in a chair and began soaking off her nails. After 20 minutes someone told her no one could do her nails and she would need to find another nail salon. She was embarrassed and horrified they were doing this in front of other customers. I guess if you don't like what they do you are not allowed to question or ask for changes. I have never heard of an establishment that you could not ask for changes when you are paying for services from them. read more

I got the hollywood pedicure and really enjoyed it. This establishment is very clean, they use plastic liners in the spa baths and I watched as my nail technician unwrapped my tools from an autoclave bag. This is what I always look for in a good reputable nail salon to give me peace of mind. Beyond that, the woman doing my nails didn't try to overcut my cuticles as some often do, and as a result I didn't get any small cuts or bleed during my pedicure (always very much appreciated!). She also really took her time when it came to the salt scrubs and hot stone massage, which was so relaxing. It was definitely a bit pricey, at $37, plus an extra $3 to get the paraffin wax. The nail polish color selection seemed to be somewhat lacking, and a lot of them seemed pretty old. Overall though I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back. read more

I went here with my sister today. Anna did her pedicure and was great. The lady I had was rushed and distracted and I got the worst pedicure ever. The polish does not even cover my nails and and the tips of my nails are jagged and not smooth because she didn't take the time to file them. I hate leaving negative reviews but I've given Taylor Nail several chances, never again. All I wanted was a shellac manicure, should be simple... Well the nail guy kept insisting I need powder and over lays etc and I kept telling him no I just wanted shellac on my real nails. So he gets frustrated and tells me they are too short to shape. I told him just clean them up and paint them, by this point I was already frustrated. Then he tells me there is leftover powder on them but he's not going to charge me to remove it and he begins to grind down my nails. I yank my hand away and inform him I haven't done powder in over 3 months and the last thing on my nails was shellac from THEM less than two weeks ago (it peeled off during Harvey cleanup)! So frustrating and annoying. And to top it off, the color I choose on their unorganized nail chart was not the color they put on my nails. The only reason I put 2 stars was because at least he painted them fast and they are the only place open on Sunday. Never again, I'll stick with Glamour Nails by Target. read more
