I used to always go here. They changed the owner of the store and I was definitely not satisfied. After my nails were done I thought they were okay until an hour later the paint began to peel off. I went back the next day to get my money back and even showed my nails peeling but she wouldn't give me my money back. She then began to blame me for them peeling. I will never go back there and I don't recommend anyone else to either. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but Taylor Nails and Spa. They are very unproffessional and have horrible customer service. My personal experience; I have made 3 attempts in the last month to simply get my eyebrows waxed there. The first time I was asked to please sit and wait 5 minutes. I thought this was odd considering there were 3 employees sitting around talking, but no problem. 25 minutes later I asked how much longer? "One minute more, okay!" was the response. 5 minutes later I got up and walked out. Second time I went after work, I walked in and told the lady I wanted my eyebrows waxed. "No problem, have a seat." After waiting 10 minutes I was told they were closed!? Really!? Thank you for wasting my time!!! Third and last time, I walk in and again ask for my eyebrows waxed. The lady tells me "um well you will have to come back in one or two hours, okay!?" I said "thank you but that's not gonna happen, I'll NEVER be back" and I left. I drove down the street to find Simply Nails and Spa and was welcomed and helped immediately. I was treated well, the lady took her time and paid attention to detail, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes and only paid $2 more. Lesson learned! I only ever went to Taylor Nails and Spa because I had family that use them, and I live close by. I'm sorry but I have no clue what anybody sees in that place? The facility is run down and horrid looking, and the service is atrocious. Avoid them at all costs! Go anywhere else and pay a few dollars more, it's worth it! read more

This is a very small, run down place next to a gas station. They only have 2 pedicure stations and 1 manicure table in a very small room. The Hispanic ladies here speak very limited English, so it was difficult communicating what I wanted. They were also very unprofessional, sitting next to me during my session, chatting to each other, talking on the phone, texting (They kept their notifications on), and chuckling in surprise when they saw me close my eyes to try to relax, as if they had never seen customers try to relax before. My nail tech also soaked my feet in bags of hot moisturizing solution after my nails were painted, which caused some of the solution to go under my nails. There were also a few small holes in my polish, which looked like they were caused by air bubbles. The walls and floors of this place are also dirty and poorly constructed. Their services cost just as much as a nice salon, so I recommend just going to a normal nail salon. read more

Came here for 2 manis on a Sunday afternoon. Ignored the fact that it's attached to a gas station and it looks super run down, and walked in. It was hot inside and the front door was propped open, not a single customer was there. Unhelpful staff, just pointed to the wall where the polish was for shellac. Asked if they had powders, and the younger one pointed "over there" to a shelf of disorganized/dusty containers. Very limited, tacky color selections and difficult to determine what color was inside (no real samples, just whatever paint was slapped on the outside). This looks like the type of place you could get an infection from. I said thank you and walked out without service. read more

I am so happy I found this place!! It's a bit of a drive for me but seeing as it was the only place I found to be open on Easter Sunday, I decided to check it out and BOY am I glad I did! Trish was working by herself and even though she was already with a client, she told me to come on over. First of all, the selection of powders was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try other combinations, she has SO MANY to choose from. As I waited until she finished with the other client, I heard Trish tell the woman "if I didn't have another client I would give you a ride home". Afterwards she told me she has clients who live close by so they walk to her salón and sometimes if it's late and dark out she'll give them a ride home. If that's not going above and beyond for your customers then I don't know what is. I love my Barbie nails!!! LOOK HOW CUTE THEY ARE. LOOK AT THEM. And much better priced than other places. My eyebrows came out perfect as well! Can't wait to go back! Apparently weekends are extremely busy so MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, that's a tip I got from the owner herself. Made an appointment during lunch hour for a pedicure and super excited I tried this place as it is near my office. Arrived and was seated right away. Welcomed and greeted and the relaxing began right away. Jennifer was great, she took extra care in making my toes looking great. I recommend trying this place.
