We both enjoy the milk and honey pedicure and I love a nice manicure my nail stylist was Julie and pedicure stylist was Jazmine both of these ladies I highly recommend. Overall, not happy with experience and would not come back. Was not the worst pedicure I've had, but definitely not happy. Came in, was greeted... told to check in. Then instead of allowing me to pick my polish, told me would get to pick while sitting at pedicure chair. I just sat down, the nail tech then told me less color options for display so I can walk up to the front and pick my color... like that's what I asked before being seated if I should pick my color and now I'm sent back to go pick my color. Then, the same receptionist, asked me what I would like to drink... did not provide menu or given options. How would I possible know what you guys have to offer to even let you know what I would like? Then she gives me a frustrated look with her hands out when I asked what are the options. "Like we have coffee, tea... I mean do you want alcoholic beverages?" Like no ma'am, I just simply would like to know what do you even have to let you know. Then the nail tech... did the entire pedicure in motion only. As in she "did trim my cuticles, buff my nail, and scrub my heels" but just the motion. I can still see and feel the dead skin/rough heels. Like trimming the cuticles it was like she was playing, 3 pick motions per nail... just to show she "trimmed it" and barely any cuticle on the nipper. She kept buffing the edges of my nail, but not the surface... then the pumice stone... with callous treatment (I paid for deluxe), barely 5 second scrub. The experience felt like she just "washed my feet" and gave me a massage. Not worth the price. Then when I pointed out to her an area with more skin that she could remove for me, she nicks me and I'm bleeding. So she just didn't have the skills to trim the cuticles without butchering, that's why she was only picking at it in motion previously. Paint job... she painted all over the cuticle, and then went back to clean up with a brush and acetone. So looks decent when done, but still not the best. I honestly could do my own pedicure at home and be more thorough. Was trying to find a new spot since I moved to Katy, and this was not it. Questionable tools sterility, staff had metal tools (cuticle nipper) in a container and not in bags, used a reusable nail file (for artificial nails not the disposable one in her single use kit), and used a used, unclean drill bit around my cuticles. The drill bit was covered in red, meaning from previous customer who had red gel polish or red powder. The best part of this experience was the chair was very comfortable, and tech's massage was nice. read more

if I could leave 0 stars I would. went in late Sunday to get my nails done I expressed I've had bad experiences elsewhere and was reassured I would get a good reviewed nail tech , the person who started was having a fit when I showed her the nails I wanted and I then said "are these to complicated?" she said "no I just want to go home" And laughed it off and then said it's Been busy all day since school has started she proceeded to put my nail tips on only then got up and said someone else will finish i wasnt much disappointed i even tipped $25 next day I started noticing space on my cuticles and looked like I had press on nails and like if I needed a fill , Tuesday comes 2 days after not even full 48hrs and all my nails are lifting it's Thursday and all my nails have Popped off a lady named eva did my nails by the way not sure who was the woman who told me she wanted to go home and left. worst experience and would have probably got a better one if I didn't come so late and everyone was exhausted but still am upset about paying $75 plus 25 tip for nails that popped off in 4 days. read more

This nail salon does good work, but the endless extra fees are honestly ridiculous. And I'm not exaggerating, they charge for everything!! If your acrylics have grown out and you decide to keep the same length instead of having them cut down, that's an extra $5 on top of what you're already paying for a refill. How does that even make sense? You're literally paying an extra fee to keep the same nails. They also charge another $5 just to reshape the sides, and if you want to use different colors on different nails (not designs or ombré, just plain colors), guess what, another $5. So if you decide to come here, just know you'll probably end up paying at least $20-$30+ more than what's listed on their menu. I don't mind paying for quality work but the constant add-on charges make the whole experience feel more money hungry than customer friendly. I found another salon I really like that doesn't do all of this, and I truly appreciate them for it! read more

Katy has been going through some major expansions lately with the addition of the anchoring HEB for this shopping center and the addition of this nail salon spa is a prime location for those living in the Morton Ranch area. I recently visited this spa without knowing the place was not officially open yet but undergoing a soft opening until the grand opening in March. I went on a weekday and in the mid afternoon and the place was vacant for the most part. You can tell that the owner of the salon put a lot of effort and thought into the design of this place. The decor is stunning and the salon has a very upscale vibe. The massage chairs are one of the comfiest chairs I've sat in for a nail salon and it comes with a feature I've never seen before: a built-in wireless pad to charge your smartphone. That was pretty cool. Hanh was the nail tech that helped me with my services and she did an awesome job, she was very personable, warm and friendly. She made sure I double checked to make sure everything was done to my liking. Great experience and I recommend anyone in the Katy Park/Morton Ranch area to give them a try. read more

I've been coming to this salon for almost a year, and the quality of the nail work is consistently great. That's honestly the main reason I continue returning -- the technicians are talented, and my nails always look good. Unfortunately, the customer experience has been disappointing. On multiple visits, I've noticed behavior from staff that comes across as fake, dismissive, or unnecessarily rude. There have been several times where it felt obvious that conversations and comments were being made about clients while sitting right there. You don't need to speak the language to pick up on tone, body language, and the overall atmosphere. Another thing customers should be aware of is pricing. The final total often ends up being higher than expected because extra charges seem to get added along the way without being clearly communicated upfront. If you come here, definitely be prepared to spend more than anticipated and ask questions before services are added. It's frustrating because the actual nail services are strong, but the environment and lack of transparency can make the experience uncomfortable. At 1pm they took me to the table to wait again.After I stopped someone to ask how long it would be she said it would roughly be about 30mins. That would put me at 1:30. Why make an appointment! ? Very friendly service and clean facility. I was able to walk in and not have to wait. I got the strawberry pedicure which was great and on sale. My feet feel so smooth. I also got a set of gel-x nails with chrome, but a few of my nails are visibly crooked. Unfortunately I did not notice this until after I left the salon. I have had them for less than 24 hours and the chrome is a little patchy. I'm not sure if it is coming off or not evenly applied. read more

This place charges extra for every small thing that every other nail salon provides as a maintenance service. The nail technician asked if I wanted to have my nails filed down and keep the same shape. I replied yes. She then stated, "that will be extra five dollars." So I said to her that's typically routine maintenance anywhere else. I had elected to have three different colors. When the nail technician started to work on my nails, she stated the different nail polish would be an extra five dollars. I elected to continue with one. I have been doing my nails for many years. The things that this nail salon is charging extra for typically routine at other nail salons. They don't nickel and dime . I noticed that the phone number is related to and out of town phone number in Atlanta. Perhaps this is a common practice in another state. But typically here in the Houston/Katy area, I have never experienced such a thing. read more
