Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. Being 3 hours away too didn't help but with this amount of money involved i would think they would be responsive. I was getting ready to either do an Air BNB or hotel for a few weeks till we found something. Just on a last ditch effort reached out to Robinsons late on a Friday night. Monday morning had a return call, Tuesday viewed the apartment and applied, Wednesday afternoon had conformation and accepted application. I really can't say enough about Jen and how absolutely professional, fast acting, and quick to respond to our communications. People with cash to put down that day and great credit scores should not have to deal with the nonsense of the various other rental companies in the area. I will vouch for Jen at Robinsons any day of the week keep up the great work the community needs people like Jen and companies like Robinsons.

Well, that's good to know! Then, the surveyor who came out was excellent, marked our rather weird property lines clearly, explained the access road issue, and otherwise gave us great information. Also particularly appreciate that these guys LISTENED to what we needed: a rough idea of where we could put buildings. So, they didn't do a full survey, just a four-hour one that gave us a sense of what we needed (and which was a whole lot less expensive). Great experience, and we'll have them back when we're ready to plan the outbuildings in fine detail.

They were polite and said they would get back to me, I waited several weeks without a callback at which time I emailed them and got no response. I've called back numerous times and they are polite and apologetic and tell me that they will check their file at another office and get back to me. Six months have passed and still nothing but "We will get back to you" which never happens. Whoever is in charge needs to make changes on how they do things. The first is common courtesy of returning a call. I definitely would not recommend this business. FOOTNOTE: I contacted Raymond Engineering who had done work on the same property in 2002 and called them, Raymond Engineering got me the information in a matter of days. What a difference it makes to work with a professional. Again, I would not recommend Holmberg and Howe for your surveying needs. PS: This is the first time I've ever did a review on a business.

Now they are the agents for over 30 single-family ranch homes listed for over $1.3 million EACH off Glendale Road in Florence. Haven't the residents on Glendale Road suffered enough with the dump? The unsafe road? Why is a local real estate business working with a greedy, belligerent builder to make this area more unsafe?? So much for advocating for what's best for the residents of Northampton! I guess they are only worried about lining their pockets. Craig Della Penna was the realtor on my third house. I thought he was an upstanding man, but I guess as he ages money is his only motivation. It's a shame This complex is terrible for Northampton and most of all it's going to make an unsafe road deadly dangerous. Shame on you, Murphy's! I thought Northampton was worth more than that!! This is supposed to be affordable housing! Please explain to me how $1.4 million is affordable???

I do not recommend working with Ilene Berezin to sell your house. I wanted to sell "as is" but…read moreevery time a buyer asked for me to do/pay for something, Ilene told me I had to and didn't suggest negotiating costs. So, I ended up selling the house not "as is". It shouldn't have been listed as such, as there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't realize that it would scare off buyers. Also, she listed the house too low; after a couple of months I insisted she raise the price. Ended up selling $13,000 higher that she originally listed. Her knowledge of the market was inadequate - the house should have been listed higher at the beginning. Should have sold for at least $8,000 more than it did. She's a buyers agent - seemed to be more accommodating to the buyer and I felt she didn't adequately represent me, the seller.
