She was very responsive and really understood what I was looking for. I was looking both in CT and MA so I had two realtors - Rachel in MA and another realtor in CT. The difference between them was night and day. Rachel was not only knowledgeable but she felt like a friend - I trusted her and she understood and shared my passion for old houses and their craftsmanship. Kathy has an amazing rolodex of contacts for getting things done like tree work, basement sealing and painting, and rubbish removal quickly and reasonably priced. Kathy prepared a thorough report on comparable properties and helped set a reasonable price for our property that had few comparables. She ran an open house and even unstopped a toilet after one of the viewers plugged it - I never thought that would be a seller's agent service! Kathy was there through the entire sale. I had moved, and was no longer able to be on site, and she handled all of the last minute issues before closing. My house sold quickly and at near asking price, which means that it was correctly priced and well represented. She earned her commission and I am ever grateful.

She answered all one million of our questions with concise and honest answers, and never made us feel like we were irritating or bothering her. She drove half way across the state to view properties and FaceTimed us for each listing as we were buying out of state. We bought our property sight unseen and put our full trust in her feedback and the things that she said and cautioned against. Since we were buying from a state that does not get snow, she had great insight into the different types of heating available and what would work for us after discussing our thoughts on it. The process was seamless and so stress free even buying from over a thousand miles away. She came as a recommendation and we are in no way surprised that she comes as highly recommended as she does; she definitely deserves all the praise. An added bonus was her attention to detail in the people that she works with and recommends to her clients. Sometimes one person can be accepting but the people in their circle are not which can really put a damper on the entire experience. However, she has vetted and curated the people that she surrounds herself and her clients with (mortgage attorney, inspector, etc) and we were continually amazed and comfortable. This entire experience has been made possible by Nicole and we cannot recommend her enough.

    Stay away from this place, I refuse to call them a business. I called today to complain about the…read moredecline of this property over the past 5 years and one of the tenants visitors that likes to do 40 mph through our parking lot while kids are playing outside. Apparently their office manager or whoever the unprofessional twit was that I spoke to, lacked the mental capacity to handle the simplest of issues and hung up on me. If they don't start doing the very basic tasks of the company that they claim to be, after the holidays, I'm going to make a push to have them removed and find a new management company. Prior to this management company we had Pancione who was absolutely worthless., And merged with this company that is just as bad if not worse. This is a condo community. We don't rent WE ALL OWN HERE! YOU, DON'T. Which means the likelihood of me taking your shit is zero seeing as though we pay you to do a service. I've already spoke to most of residents here and they agree. just for context. Last time there was a Condo meeting they wanted Pancione out of here, but do most of the board being elderly there was never a push, though everybody agreed. most of us grew up in an era where if you don't do your job, you lose it. I've been here for 15 years and from what I've seen most Management companies do the bare minimum and look for reasons to raise our fees. Who are you to raise our fees when you don't own the property? This is a small property, easily manageable with my construction/maintenance background. Between me and one of the other owners with a similar background, along with the dozens of landscapers and contractors I know, we'll have no problem handling this property. It's real simple start doing your job or I'll make it my mission to have you removed from here and do it myself if need be. Seeing as though most of the management companies around here just wanna collect a check it would probably be worth our effort to crack them books open and see exactly what we're paying for, because I know plenty of people that wouldn't mind making some extra money and will do it at a fair cost. there's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back because you people can't just do the right thing. There's plenty of shit reviews here saying the same thing. Great reputation you guys for yourself. Speaks volumes.

She made several recommendations that were important right from the start of the sales process. I highly recommend Lisa for these reasons.     I rented an apartment through them- found it on Craigslist and they coordinated everything between…read moreme and the owners. The owners lived in Florida and it caused some big miscommunications. First, the house was A MESS when we moved in. We asked during the walk through if it would be cleaned and the realtor (Holly) said she had already done enough. We asked about the filthy rugs and she said she had vaccumed them and that the owners wouldn't be willing to do anything else. There was literally mouse poop on the kitchen floor and they just suggested to get an exterminator. Should've walked away when we had the chance. Landscaping and snow removal were included in the lease, but then we were told landscaping wasn't actually going to be included because we had a dog. Ok, then winter came. One.. two.. three snow storms and no one ever came to plow our driveway as planned. We reached out to the owner, who was obviously out of the loop, and she tried to track them down. Of the 10 times it snowed, not once did a plow person show up. After we called and emailed, they showed up once at 6pm... we had already shoveled our cars out. The refrigerator wasn't working when we moved in, also. Apparently it had been unplugged with a bunch of ice inside, which melted and then refroze.. blocking the vent to the fridge part. It took SEVEN DAYS for it to be fixed. Not the best first week in a new place. Especially after paying to have the rugs cleaned and cleaning the entire house ourselves. A few weeks later, the oven starting stinking of gas and we weren't able to use it. This time it took over 2 weeks to get a new oven. (Lotsss of take out our first month there) To top it off, Holly told us the statement of condition/walk through wasn't something they did, and never put our deposit in an interest bearing account (both MA state laws). When we moved out, the owners tried to have us pay for the rugs to be cleaned and didn't want to refund our deposit. The house also had a history of lead/Deleading, but the realtor didn't have any of the paperwork. I had to track down someone from the town's office for the inspection report, and I also had another inspection completed for piece of mind. For charging a $500 realtor fee, you'd think they would do something, anything, told hold up their own responsibility in renting out a unit. They didn't even follow standard state laws. I definitely don't recommend working with this group.
