They try to deceive Fort Wayne area people with a local area code. They just promise to show up then say they got busy but "they'll get to you" they promise they'll show up on their next appointment they set and yet they never show at any appointment they set. They will just take your money do a terrible job, never come back to fix issues. Then they just act like you're bothering them and it's your fault. They left me no choice but start legal action against them. He then applied solid color stain to the deck floor, the spindles, the hand rails, and my stairs. They did a great job! I also have some uprights that attached to a roof area over the deck which they did those as well. Very happy with the job. Prices were on the high side, but well worth it as they do a quality job, and use decent paint (Sherwyn Williams). They also did an excellent job applying several clearcoats to the deck at my sister's place and stairs. Mike is a good, honest man. He usually gets back to you fairly quickly, he's responsive, and easy to work with... That also includes payment. Totally recommend!!! I should be good with my exterior deck, and same thing with my sister at her place, at least for several years, but we will definitely be using Mike and his crew in the future.

At the time, he said they were out about 2-3 weeks for installation. We agreed and the lady who schedules said the guy doesn't know about the schedule and that they were 6 weeks out. I agreed to that and asked her for a specific start date and she told me that she was going to redo the schedule over the weekend and would get back to me. She didn't so I chased her down again and now she quoted me 14 weeks! Yes, she added 2 MONTHS onto her original quote. I guess she didn't know anything about the schedule, either. So we waited around for them for 14 weeks (to be clear, you couldn't find installers at this time or else we would have gotten someone else). Anyway, the start date was June 27th. It is now September 27th and we have yet to hear from these people. No call, no show, no contact whatsoever. Unbelievably unprofessional. Save yourself 4 months and get someone else. These people are hacks.
