I wrote this review with pictures, and one of their guys stopped by to check it out. He agreed that it was unacceptable, so they had someone come out, strip all the sealer out, and put new sealer in. It looks amazing now. The customer service was top notch and deserves a 5-star review.

Now a year later I call every month to see when we will get these replaced. I'm told "Bill is not in the office right now, I'll have him call you". This is on-going since January of this year. I am calling daily now, same message, "Bill is not here right now, I'll have him call you". Buyer beware on this company. I can see from the reviews that this issue is pretty common from them, no communication and no service! I am going to try and escalate up the chain....
