He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. Aram was very peasant to work with in person, he even lowered the price to $20 when he actually saw my necklace, fixed, even polished nicely. Now I am looking for more jewelries to repair.

I was told I will get a call before she places the order. I did receive a call next day that I missed and the same day I came to know that I will be getting it from a store in India, so I left for X-Press and asked this lady my refund to which she lied she had already placed the order and can't give me a refund, I told her that there was a promise that it will be placed only upon my approval, to which she agreed and told me she can't give refund as the "owner" will help her with it and I need to come next weekend and told me that she was not sure if she can give a full refund, I didn't know she was the owner, so she lied to me once again. Today I went to the store and was greeted with a smile as I understood she forgot me as the customer asking for refund. Then I reminded her of the refund and she brought her machine and started the process, then she asked for the receipt for a transaction code, I provided the receipt and said something to which she rudely said "let me do it" and then once the transaction was done, she threw the return receipt to me. It was horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to shop at this store.
