Decided to get a refund from Groupon and they never reached back out. Ono refuses to give me my money back. Groupon pays merchants for the Groupons purchased so she very well has my money. In January, they were running a promotion for the spa - spend $50 in Jan redeem for $100 in March. So at checkout I asked about it and said, "let's do it." I asked to go ahead & book the service. I paid the $50 and booked a facial for March. Never had a facial there. Don't know the people. Just wanted to use my promotional balance. Well, conveniently I was booked with someone who did not qualify for the promotional balance. Didn't find out until it was time to pay in March after the service was performed. So I paid $250 for a 30 minute service that should've cost me $150. On a previous trip, I spent THIRTY ONE MINUTES booking a next appointment for a highlight. Not 31 minutes waiting, 31 minutes booking. It literally took her that long to find a time that worked with my stylist 3 months out. The front desk staff is totally incompetent and the business doesn't operate with integrity. So disappointing.

It got to the point where I was coloring my hair (dark brown) twice a month to hide my roots, and I was getting tired of it. My husband, who is literally the best human on Earth, encouraged me to grow my grey out. i thought about it long and hard. Not only did Crystal have to do a grey blending with me, but also a color correction. I tried to bleach my own hair to lighten it and blend the grey myself, and boy did I mess things up. Crystal spent the whole day with me, making me feel like her only customer. She's truly a miracle worker. The salon is inviting, clean, and full of positive feminine energy.
