1st time here. They did an ok job. Things I was not a big fan of: -they want to charge $10 more to remove calluses...who does that? A pedicure is normally just a $25 flat fee any place I've ever been. I've been getting pedicures for over 15 years. -my guy didn't speak any English. Its been 4 years since ive been here and nothing has changed except the technicians. My guy name is SON and he is amazing. This will be my new spot. Best hot stone massage pedicure ever. One of the best pedicures I've had. The atmosphere is so nice from the moment you enter. He did my pedicure and offeree me a drink. They have new massage chairs my back and legs felt great after I got up. Feels very tranquil with the water falls and sound of water. I have been going to this nail salon for the past two years and don't regret it one bit! I have become a regular customer and every time I walk in all the employees welcome me and immediately start a conversation with me asking what I need and how I've been. If I'm getting my nails done they always ask if I am okay and offer me something to drink. I'm more of a coffin shaped nail person and every single time I ask for it I get exactly what I asked for. It's a very clean and welcoming environment. Definitely recommend. read more

This is one of the best nail salons in the area! I have moved but still come to get my nails done everytime I come home to visit my family. They take their time and do a great job on manicures and pedicures. They also do SNS which I love! It is so much better than gel. SNS is good for your nails, strong, and lasts a lot longer than gel. Started great. I was charged for things I was unaware of. I have never been charged an extra $20 for gel color!! Signs all over say $5. So one would assume it was $5. And when I asked if there was a fee for the color I picked. She mumbles something under her breathe. Yea that doesnt mean $20! And when asked about the fee the guy goes. I have lived in Lowesville for a year now & my house is .2 miles from this salon. Very convenient, or it should be. I had a manicure & eyebrow wax approx 6 months ago & it was as if I was bothering the tech. Did a terrible job on my nails & we won't talk about the wax. . . Aren't you supposed to come out looking better?! I try things twice just to make sure & my second experience was worse. I am browsing the polishes when another lady walks in. Now despite me walking in first & picking my polish first, they seat the other lady & begin working on her. I think maybe she has an appt, they tell me no & it'll be okay. After asking 3 times if why she was seated before me I left very upset. It took me a minute to get my keys out & not one other tech or even the owner tried to make things right!! So I went all out at the nail bar in Huntersville, less than 10 miles away & EXTREMELY NICE!!!!! Will never be back to Eden Nails. They suck hairy balls. read more

Visiting from out of town and wanted a relaxing time with my stepmom. Stepmom's pedicure began before mine. My pedicure took only 20 mins, he barely touched the bottom of my feet as I compared the technique from others around me and someone else painted my toenails. Then I preceded to get a mani that only took 10 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes at the drying station for my stepmom who, let me remind you, started the process first. This place is not the place to get pampered and I have had many many pedicures. Not a friendly place at all. read more

Great little place to walk in and get a pedicure. It is conveniently located in the shops at Highways 16 and 73 around the corner from Harris Teeter. They are always very accomodating. Nice people, horrible, rushed through pedicure! It hasn't even need 2!hrs and my big toe polish is half gone. The lady didn't take the time to ensure all the Paraffin was off my nails before she polish them. My $35 pedicure literally took 20 minutes. I had to go home re-scrub my feet and now I have to re-polish my toes I would not suggest the salon to anyone read more

Came back to Eden nails after a couple of months of being out of state. They were really wonderful before, but after my pedicure yesterday, my opinion has changed. I got their regular pedicure, which is $25 (without a tip). My pedicure seemed rushed and my nail tech, her name was Rose, was nice, but did not do an adequate job. After leaving the nail salon, I noticed that there was still dead skin on my toes and the nail polish did not cover my toe nail edge-to-edge. To be honest, my husband could have done a better job. I am really disappointed because I used to love this nail salon. It is unfortunate that I am going to have to find a new one. read more

So I recommend Never getting a Groupon with this place. Me and my daughter came in to use our Groupon and told us we had to make an appointment...ok, so even though it was dead, I should have read the fine print. I call today to make an appointment for tomorrow after I get off work and they tell me I have to come BEFORE 3pm! I was like, what about all the people that have to work, we are getting treated differently! So my advice is use the other nail salon in Denver, because they (newer owners) do not come close to making their customers happy. read more

If you want your money's worth, go down the street to where the old owners now have a salon. The guy that did my pedicure couldn't even understand what I was telling him I wanted, he shaped all my toes differently and rushed the whole process.
