However, my manicure was very disappointing, as it looks like it was done by a child. My nails are unevenly shaped, there are areas with no polish, and there is polish on my cuticles and fingers. I've lived near this nail shop for years and finally visited it for the first time today. The location is very convenient to my home and there are various shops down the street, including Walmart and gas stations with the lowest gas prices in the area. I was instantly greeted and serviced. I got a pink and white gel fill in, which looked really nice upon completion. I also got a pedicure which was also really nice. The nail tech who serviced me was really nice and did a great job on both my hands and feet. I will continue to visit this nail shop whenever I am in the area. The pricing for a pink and white gel fill in was cheap but the quality is great so they match up well. I'm glad coming here didn't break my pockets. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

I have had a couple of opportunities to visit Grand Spa after my last salon was sold. I wanted to be absolutely certain on my rating.....you know...first impressions can be great or not so great. Well...I am convinced that the services offered and the techniques provided are very good!!! I have had manicure, pedicure and brow wax. And of the 3 visits to Grand Spa....all of the services were consistent. I was a little apprehensive about finding a new technician to provide a great "manly" brow wax. Now I am certain I can trust my "new" technician to perform a great job!!! Also, for my pedicure I have seen the same technician on two occasions. Very very good! The manicures received have been great also. No hang nails after two days....so that is a PLUS! and the added buffing feature works just fine!!! Looking forward to getting back to Grand Spa on a regular basis!!! read more

Very disappointed in this salon, after getting my nails done there on Tuesday they had all come off. I have never had this problem with SNS before, however, the nail tech at the salon refused to buff my nails prior to using the dipping powder after I requested her to multiple time. To top it off when I called them to ask what their policy was on fixing my nails (that I once again requested to be buffed 3+ times) I was told that I can come in and they would redo the service BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE AGAIN!! Mind you, this was after three days where I've had SNS last three weeks. They seriously need to work on the repair/refund policy. Horrible customer service. Will never waste my time here again. read more

i've always had bad experiences getting my nails done due to my bad habit of biting them but the lady who took care of me today did an AMAZING job!!! she took the time to check the shape of each nail to make sure they were all perfect and was able to me exactly what i wanted, i will most definitely be coming back and i would give them 10 stars if i could, she also went above and beyond doing things i've noticed other salons don't normally do, i wish i would have got her name! read more

Very nice! I came in last week and had one of the ladies do shellac for me. She did a great job! It has lasted longer than when I got it done at other local salons. The only thing I did not like was that their pricing for it wasn't upfront. I was unaware until I went up to pay. THEY ONLY TAKE CASH!!!! So beware! That is a big tip for anybody. Nothing worse than not being able to pay. Anyways, I spent more than anticipated, but it was worth it. Shellac and full manicure for $25. I'll probably just do a polish change next time. read more
