We are not getting that house, We did everything we was ask to do. if it wasn't one thing it was another... I was told that we would be closing on the house by this Friday. I was told that last week by my realtor Mary Roscrans who never seem to know what was going on.. I looked for all the house and would share with her so she could book a showing.. I did all the work all she did was let us in and tell the seller realtor what we wanted.... This modular has a tag serial number issue and was a issue in the beginning that made My husband and I wanted to back out. I even ask Mary if we could continue to look at other house but she didn't have time for us ( my impression ) I didn't know the tags would be a problem so late into the process because i was told that was taken care of no problems..Then i was told on Friday By My leader, not my realtor i still haven't heard from her besides in text, that we can't get house because of tags and i cried so hard.. i was losing my dream home so i thought,,,,, Then i wiped those tears and was on a mission to finding our forever home first thing i did was fire Mary. Mary seem like she didn't have time to give us and we was on a time limit for our loan we have to a couple moths to find a home and we did.. On our own..... We went today to pick up "Earnest Money Deposits." and she took 500.00 out of it.. you didn't do anything besides drive a few miles and it cost us 500.00 knowing we need everything for our down payment.. You are stealing from my family.... this can't be allowed to happen. i will be doing my research on this matter.....

It's a long process to finally get done so the amount of experience I've had going through this plus having my father be a real estate agent my whole life, I highly DO NOT RECCOMEND SCOTT SIMS. My husband Ryan West and I went through Scott as our agent for the church he was selling. He had us go through all the work of getting proof of funds, signing papers, and everything. We were the HIGHEST CASH offer, at $100k. The church was listed at 109k and Even told him we would offer $140k, which was 30k above asking price!!! After making us do all the paperwork and promising us it was ours and just had to wait on the sellers agreement, Scott completely ghosted us for a week, blamed it on being on vacation and having no service, then said the seller went from under him and accepted an offer 20k UNDER ASKING PRICE! what????? So after having another real estate friend do some research, he ended up just selling it to a friend of his which caused the company to lose out on what could have been $50,000 more. Not to mention once I messaged him kindly expressing how horrible this process with him has been, he blocked us on everything. I'm so upset by how screwed over I was in this situation by Scott. I'll make sure to let everyone know not to use him or this company.
