From the first phone call to set an appointment to my second visit with in 30 days. The staff is patient and accommodating, and the systems they have in place are comprehensive and user friendly. Had the good fortune to meet with Theresa for a Botox appointment. She was extremely careful and did excellent work in terms of pressure and placement. I would note that I made an appointment for the wrong day but they got me in last minute anyway, for which I am so grateful. The staff is kind and considerate. Pricing is standard. I have a tip because the service was so good from the staff and the injector/RN. I don't live in Myrtle Beach, but if I did I'd come here always. I will come back when visiting family, for sure. Very clean and classy place. Everyone is friendly when I come here. Alexis is the very best at keeping me young looking! I love how modern everything is. I'm excited to start some laser treatments soon as well. I feel very comfortable trying this here since they have spoken with me first and are going to test a hidden spot first to see how well my skin takes the treatment, since I do have dark skin. Most places I been before take my money and push me into doing a treatment then I ended up with a bad result since my skin is tricky. Alexis has been working with me for years 8-10 and now she along with her coworkers is going correct what others have messed up. I should have not gone to anyone else because of a deal cheaper wasn't better at all!!! I love coming to this faculty knowing I'm going to be leaving looking and feeling younger :)!!!
