I called your shop before arriving specifically to confirm availability. I did not simply walk in expecting to be accommodated. I called ahead, asked about availability because the online portal for appointments was down, resulting in a reliance on the information I was given. That is a very important part of what happened, and your response does not address it. As for your comment about me being unable to keep a consistent barber: I had the same barber from my very first haircut until I was 24 years old and moved to Arizona. I have also had thousands of haircuts throughout my lifetime. I know what a professional barber-client relationship looks like, and I know the difference between an ordinary misunderstanding and an experience that feels deliberately misleading. What I experienced at your establishment made me feel intentionally misled in a way that appeared designed to increase foot traffic.
