I considered changing her on the store floor because that looked like it had been mopped within the past week (and that is generous) but I decided I could get her taken care of if she stayed standing and I got on the floor. It worked but the sink was so gross that I opted I would be better off to go without washing my hands. The staff barely acknowledged that we were there. We were going to buy snacks and coffee but since the place was so dirty and unfriendly we decided to keep driving to find something better (it didn't take long). Once Meijer opens up down the road, I'm not sure how this place will stay in business.

Large selection of pre made sandwiches, wraps, and salads that looked good. My intro to hucks market and clicks chicken has made me want to try the fried chicken. I ordered their jalapeño cheddar burger on this visit and upgraded my combo to a large side and a large drink with an additional upgrade to add chili and cheese to my fries. My order came out quick and the service was absolutely superb as usual. I took my meal to the table and hurriedly opened up my side order and the sight hit me hard. The ultimate order of... Chili...Cheese...Fries. it was a heaping mound of fries with loads of chili and cheese. In approval, I inadvertently exclaimed "yeah" too loud and quickly scoped around to see if anyone might have heard me. If they had, I'd be forced to take the meal to go. A hearty mountain of deliciousness. My mind spun through scenarios on how to take this task on. Hire a Sherpa, get a pickaxe, and a pack mule perhaps? No no no. My food would be cold by the time they arrived. Focus and use what is at hand. The Wonder Whip Angel provided me with a plastic fork like the Lady of the Lake. It came out of my white bag like Excalibur. I should have asked for a second fork in case the first one breaks or wears down. I should've had a contingency plan. Curse me for a fool! But wait. I still had that burger to get through. I hurriedly scarfed it down enjoying every bit of it, but distracted the entire time by the thought of getting to my fries. I made it to the last bite and thanked the burger for giving its nutrients to me. I raised my fork high with my right hand and opened the clam shell with my left. For anyone watching from afar, I'm sure they only saw a small tasmanian devil tornado of activity with arms and legs and chili and fries and cheese whipping about. They'd be surprised to know that amidst that chaos, was a happy man enjoying a great side dish at a terrific value thanks to Wonder Whip. Im full. Now sleep.

This is country cooking at it's finest. The baked apples had the perfect balance of cinnamon and sugar and quite literally melted in my mouth. The sausage patties were fork tender and flavorful. I've eaten breakfast in a lot of places and have never had sausage like this! And then there were the chicken tenders. I'm not normally a fan because of heavy breading and little chicken, but these were the opposite of what I thought they were going to be. These tenders were lightly breaded large pieces of perfectly cooked chicken. Last, but not least, there was the coffee. This coffee was so good that it didn't need anything added to it to make it drinkable. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was, and how they kept the buffet tables clean and well stocked. The only downside is that the place is on the smaller side, and very popular, so it can be a bit crowded. Don't let that be a deterrent, though. The food is worth it!
