Her back yard was safe and completely enclosed. Aylen kept me updated and sent many pictures. The first night was difficult for the dogs because they missed us but Aylen contacted us immediately and was able to help the dogs with some suggestions from us. I also was impressed with the fact that Aylen's dog sitting also included her entire family. Her parents and even her niece helped in caring for them and making sure the dogs were happy and never left alone. I highly recommend Aylen as a pet sitter. She is a kind, responsible person who seems to understand dogs.

With a very poor life expectancy after diagnosis, we moved to Miami and needed to find a new veterinarian for her. We were blessed to find this practice and Dr. Michael. The loving Care he was provided did not just prolong her life, it helped prolong her happy and enjoyable life as long as possible. It also helped us prepare to know when going on was not an option. The incredible compassion shown through their care was over the top superb. My most recent visit was to bring my new baby and for spaying. As always, the medical skill and compassion was remarkable. I am comforted to know that my dog's health is being overseen by Dr. Michael. There is one problem with this practice that I do need to call out. I'm a busy person and don't always have time to wait. I understand when I come in for emergency care that there will be a wait, depending on the other other appointments and emergencies being taken care of, but when I bring my dog in for scheduled spaying to drop her off and then return at the time that they tell me to pick her up I do not expect to have over an hour wait in the waiting room. But I did in the morning and then again in the afternoon. Having run a medical practice of my own for decades, I know the importance of valuing other people's time and feel that they do not value mine as well as they could. This is my only complaint, but it is not a small one. I will of course tolerate the wait because of my trust in Dr. Michael but feel that this is something they should work on by having systems in place to prevent weight time when it is unnecessary. I highly recommend this practice for the quality of Care but be prepared for the long wait times.

She gave me a rate of $50.00 per kitty even though they were going to be boarded together. That's a $100.00 a day. I sent her all the medical information along with her form completed along with pictures of my kitties. She gave me three choices to pay for the deposit.... Cash, check or cashier's check was $400, Zelle was $404.00 and if you paid with a credit card higher due to the fees. I sent her an email to ask why there was an additional $4.00 for a Zelle payment when Zelle and most banks and credit unions do not charge fees. I sent out the email on Sunday and have not heard back. In the meantime I found another A Country Cat House located near Tampa that is owned by the brother, I asked about company policy regarding customers being able to come and visit the facility and was told they always allow customers to come and visit. Because most people like to see where they are boarding their babies. I told her what Josie's policy was and she said they do things a bit different. I then asked her about their pricing and was told that if you board two kitties with them, they place them in connecting kennels for $60.00 a day.... Not $60 for each cat, they charge for the kennel size.... I was astonished.. Needless to say they will have a new customer once we finally move up there, however I am going to pass on Josie's. Only because with all the research that I have done, when a business does not allow you to check their facilities out, that is a red flag, so that and her pricing is why I will be looking elsewhere. Josie did reach out to me and explained to me why she hadn't been able to get back to me. Josie also explained that she would allow me to come and check out her facilities and try to work with me on pricing. Her reviews are exceptional except for the few incidents that were not favorable which we discussed and I was satisfied with her responses. I am still not quite convinced she will be in my budget. But I do appreciate that she cared enough to reach out to me.
