She's was Extremely unprofessional and had a bad attitude overall. When I first started taking my dog there she was more pleasant, but occasionally had attitude. Which I dismissed because everyone has a bad day here and they all ways did an excellent job at grooming my dog. I even had him boarded there once and it was great. However, when you are steady client and go there often, Aylee, you can definitely change the tone and delivery when you communicate with your customers.

Instead, we watched through the live suite camera as our dogs were fed breakfast while there was still feces and what appeared to be urine in their suite. The attached screenshots show the waste remained in the room from 7:43 AM until at least 8:28 AM, and the suite wasn't cleaned until later that morning. Obviously my dogs will not eat if their food is right next to feces or urine. And they did not even send a message of them not touching the food... Feeding dogs in a soiled suite is a basic sanitation issue and completely unacceptable for a facility that markets itself as a luxury pet resort with 24-hour staff and daily housekeeping. We ended the stay early because we no longer felt comfortable leaving our dogs there. Although they refunded the unused nights, no one apologized for what we witnessed. We were even charged for baths, yet our dogs came home still smelling dirty. We paid thousands of dollars expecting exceptional care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

Daisy is great with animals, she trains them while they are there and gives them a lot of love. I have left Roxy with Daisy for up to two weeks and Roxy comes back as if she is the one that has been on vacation. :) Daisy even buys the kinds of toys Roxy likes to play with and sits with Roxy while she eats (Roxy only eats when she has company around lol) While I am away Daisy sends pics and is always available by phone or text to provide a daily update. I leave and tell them to send me everything over email. The same girl tells me I need to drive an hour back from Southbeach because now they have an estimate and need me to sign. EVEN when I asked to do that before I left. They wouldnt even give me a QUOTE on the surgery cost before I paid for xrays we already had. I then go to ask for my dog back to take him to a real care facility. The Clinic. Manager is then baffled im not okay with paying people $6,000 to take care of me dog when they cant even send an email or transfer a phone call without hanging up. BTW this was my first time there. I never want you or your pets to go through this ever! STAY FAR AWAY go to VEG miami 24/7 support who actually are true medical professionals and care about your pets. She can either pick him up or we drop him off at her house. Throughout our trip she sends us frequent updates and pictures! She also has her own pup which has become our dogs best friend haha. They love playing together and Bruce loves Fatima. When he sees her he freaks out with happiness. She takes the pups on frequent walks, trips to the park, and can also administer medicine if needed.
