We spoke to Elizabeth on Wednesday, and she assured us it wouldn't be a problem. She said she would follow up so we could make payment. Thursday came--no follow-up--so we called again. She was busy and said she'd call us back. By Friday, after still not hearing anything, my wife called again and her husband answered. He gave us a completely different story, saying they couldn't deliver, didn't have room in his truck, and even implied that Elizabeth didn't charge us enough--like that was somehow our fault. He essentially said he couldn't help us at all. We wasted three days waiting on them instead of finding someone else. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely would not recommend.
