Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. Installation was a mess--they had to come out twice because they ordered the wrong lid and incorrect wall color. Instead of replacing the spa with what we actually purchased, they patched it together by replacing parts and offering a minor discount. In hindsight, this decision seems to have caused ongoing issues. Since then, we've dealt with bending panels, lights falling out, and broken jets. After just two years, the spa cover was completely moldy--even though we maintained it properly, drained it twice a year, and stayed on top of chemicals. We noticed the cover wasn't sealing correctly, letting in air, dirt, and bugs. We ended up spending another $1,200 to replace it. Just one year later, the replacement cover also developed mold. We contacted Outdoor Living again and paid $850 for what was supposed to be a full service--drain, refill, filter cleaning, and cover cleaning--along with additional repairs. Afterward, the mold was still there. I personally spent two hours on a ladder cleaning what they supposedly addressed. When I raised concerns, Paul told me the mold was "our problem" because it had gotten inside the cover. That response, combined with the poor service, was incredibly disappointing. At this point, we've spent over $22,000 on a spa that continues to have issues and requires constant additional expenses. This has been a money pit, and Outdoor Living has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend Outdoor Living. They sold us one product, delivered another, and have not stood behind their work or service.

What I experienced was not just incompetence -- it was calculated fraud. They tore out our old liner, then never delivered a new one, despite weeks of false updates and phony delivery promises. The entire time, they strung us along with excuse after excuse, until we discovered the liner was never even ordered. Worse, the removal process left our pool severely damaged. Brent's work destroyed the plumbing, which had passed a pressure test just months earlier. Now, we're left with thousands in repairs and no liner. We later found out Brent had used a fake name, and that other families have posted nearly identical stories online. This isn't a one-off. It's a pattern. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.

It is now 2 years later and the project is still not completed. They do not reply to calls, text messages or emails. I have mostly worked with Erik & Allen who are not owners but they are a big part of the problem. I would imagine that they just relay what they are being told by the owners, Aaron Stanger and his wife. WOWT / Mike McKnight just did a story on them and this is nothing short of a ponzi scheme in my opinion. Crazy thing is, they seemed to be a legit pool contractor before 2021. They claim labor shortages but they keep taking on new contracts and getting 95% of the money while promising a pool in 90 days. People have had liens put against their property due to the concrete contractors & plaster installers not getting paid by Premier. I am at the end of my rope. Please be careful, if you work for him. His father even wrote a check for money down to purchase materials, only to find out he has no check writing authority for the company. Mike McAtee makes his company look good off of other contractor's hard work & money. When asked to be paid, after finding out he wrote a returned check, says, he's been through this several times & is an expert at theft of service & "See you in court!" They turned our backyard into a personal paradise with this salt water pool. In addition to the pool they did the retaining wall and all the landscaping around the pool. We love their work so much we almost alway tackle a bigger project a year with them. This year it was leveling out a very steep piece of property with another retaining wall and beautiful rock garden.
