I had our hot tub winterized and left for the winter. when we got back the lid had blown open. I am not sure whose fault that was, but after hours of cleaning and filling I discovered a leak. I took off the cover and found where it was leaking behind the insulation. i called Continental and asked them to come take a look to see if they could repair the leak. A serviceman came out for 5 minutes and told me they couldn't do anything. Little did I know they charged my credit card $300.00 and would not refund it when questioned

They were also quick to arrive after it stopped snowing. I would highly recommend Tyler's Pool and Home Care. They have a very strong work ethic, great follow-up, and great attention to detail. Although I only used them for snow removal, I would guess that their pool maintenance and carpet cleaning services would be excellent as well.

Also, the owner Jen, who opens, closes and cleans the pool, has been great to work with. However, I feel obligated to warn potential customers about the significant issues we have experienced. Since completion, we have had to deal with a surprising number of issues, considering this was a $120k investment. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.

The guy that came out was very nice. He found an issue and sealed it but said they needed to come back to fix it permanently. We never received a quote on what it would cost to fix the lights, never followed up on the issue that needed some additional work and it took a couple of months before we got our bill for the pool opening and green to clean. I gave them three stars due to how friendly the pool guy was but was disappointed on their follow up and late billing.

Despite multiple visits, the pool and spa were never properly repaired -- the thermostat was not fixed, the pH levels were not balanced, and the system ultimately failed inspection. We have the inspector's report confirming these issues. Communication with the office was one of the biggest challenges. Rebecca, in particular, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during multiple phone calls. Instead of helping resolve the issues, she often spoke in a condescending tone and made the process even more difficult. Several of the technicians privately mentioned they have had similar issues dealing with her, which only reinforced our experience. Attempts to reach the owner went unanswered, and calls to Jonathan, one of the technicians, were not returned. Because the spa still wasn't working after repeated visits, I paid Jonathan $50 in cash just to get it operational -- yet the problems continued. Nothing was fully resolved, and we were left with a failed inspection and an unusable pool and spa. We will be submitting all documentation to the BBB, including the inspection report and communication records. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
