The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.

In my case, mow the backyard and outside the fence line only. None of them know the difference between a ground cover a flower and grass. They came inside the gate where they weren't supposed to. I've been taking care of that and honing all my grass and gardens inside. they mowed and weed wackef tons of ground cover that hadn't even had a chance to bloom. They cut down lilies, they chopped up all of my drip hoses. Left all the grass clippings in the street & left walks & drive way with mud, grass @ debris. They dropped me because I asked for someone to come out to see the damage their crew did to my lawn & landscaping. they said they would send someone out they never did. Nobody gives you shit about their jobs, but they sure do want to be paid. Don't hire him.

After years of debate, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on an inground pool. We did our research on vinyl vs fiberglass and researched 4 different companies in the metro. After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! We signed our contract with Ross, and team, at Pinnacle Pools on April 13th and we were swimming by June 19th! 67 days (about 4 weeks from ground break)!
