One of the ATV's stopped working at 100 feet into the trail. Then the guy running it, he blamed me for breaking the ATV. He stated that he had a mechanic look it over and that the only way it was broke was from the rider. He did not have a mechanic come out. We had only been off the ATV for 5 minutes. So he lied and did not have the ATV checked out. Then he blamed me for the poor condition of the ATV. Then tried to charge my credit card for 300 extra dollars on top of what I had already paid. I would never go to this place again. They are a dumpster fire.

When I went to call back a second time to ask how big the off road track was a few days later I got no answer or voicemail... it was that way every time I called for two weeks. I also tried sending an email to the contact on their website and have yet to receive a response even still, to my question. I posted this review so that other people wouldn't buy the Groupon and lose out on money, just in case they had closed down due to COVID-19. It was then that I finally got a response, because it was originally a 1 star. They are a new business, and small, so they are all out in the field with their customers. I was offered an apology and a small coupon when I was able to come in, but they are booked till after we leave and their lack of customer service when your there not in person still leaves such a sour taste...

Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. Our tour was scheduled for noon, yet we did not return to our vehicle until approximately 2:24 p.m. Considering the ride itself is only one hour long, the delay was completely unacceptable. I paid over $600 for this experience, and instead of enjoying our scheduled ride, we spent well over an hour waiting outside in 98-degree heat. As a parent with children, you can understand how difficult and uncomfortable that was. Then, after waiting in the extreme heat, we still had to wear helmets for the ride--which I absolutely understand is necessary for safety--but the excessive wait beforehand made the experience even more exhausting. I understand that unexpected delays can happen and that businesses have busy days, especially on holidays. However, being more than an hour behind schedule without a better process in place is unacceptable. There should be procedures to manage significant delays or better communicate with guests when schedules fall that far behind. This was actually my third visit. Every time I come to Florida, I make it a point to visit your facility. The first year, our tour started about 15 minutes late. The second year, it was around 20-25 minutes behind schedule. This year, however, the delay exceeded an hour, and unfortunately, that has convinced me that I cannot return. I do want to recognize the positive side of our experience because your staff was outstanding. Please forgive me for not remembering everyone's names, but they deserve recognition. We had two gentlemen wearing the same shirts--one was our tour guide, and the other helped fit us with our helmets. Both were incredibly friendly and professional. There were also two women wearing pink shirts, one with blonde hair and one with black hair. They were both wonderful, and I especially appreciate the kindness shown when one of them offered my child a popsicle while we waited. There was also another woman with blonde hair in a ponytail wearing what looked like a blue-green tie-dye shirt. She was equally helpful and welcoming. Your employees were the highlight of our visit. They were accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. They are the only reason I would even consider returning. However, the ongoing scheduling issues have overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable activity. Waiting over an hour in extreme heat after paying more than $600 simply isn't acceptable. I sincerely hope management reviews its scheduling process and makes improvements because your staff deserves to work for a business that delivers an experience equal to the level of service they provide. Our guide Rodrick was really supportive, because I was going really slow the whole time! In the end I went faster.! He told me it was normal to be afraid in the first 15 minutes! The place we went was the Withlacoochee State Forest, specific for ATV and Motocross! Which was really fun and beautiful ! I was afraid in the morning because it was raining so much when I left home, but then it stopped when we got there was a beautiful day!
