We called the 'shop' in Madeira Beach to find out there's no cancellation even though the website was unclear and purposely misleading. Jet Ski rentals in my backyard. It was a little bit gut wrenching to know I live next door and had to pay to use a Jet Ski but until I buy that boat slip it is what it is. Located inside the Cove Cay condo and golf course community at the Marina on the east side of Clearwater by US-19. This little shop is professional and friendly. The Jet Skis were newer models and in great shape. Sign some waivers, grab your life jacket, and follow the guide out through the no wake zone into old Tampa bay. 1 hour will cost you $80 add $15 to ride double. An hour may not sound like a long time but when you are driving in circles it is plenty of time. If you opt for 30 min the price is $60 There were two things that bothered me. 1. The rule that you can't drive past the bayside bridge and 2. That they have a babysitter watching you to make sure you don't. He's nice enough but I don't like feeling like I'm being watched. However, if anything were to go wrong this is a good thing. I haven't rented from anybody else in the area so I don't know if this is standard practice or not but it was a little off putting nonetheless. Still nothing to complain about. Took my son here for his 21st birthday and I must say that this was the best jet skiing experience that I've ever had. I've been to several other in the Tampa area and this one by far is the best. The ride through the wake zone is short, less than 10 min and truth be told it was probably 5 min and once we got to open waters it was wide open. There was hardly any other traffic in the Bay we were in. Our hour felt longer because of the short wake zone and the wide open area in which to play in. We stayed in an area about 8 miles wide and about 6 miles long which was gigantic especially with hardly any other traffic which was great for beginners. It was my wife's second time riding and my sons first and I had my great nephew ( 8 ) with me so I felt safe and comfortable with everyone riding. The cost was great and again better than the other guys in the Tampa area. We had 3 ski's and that was barely a scratch in the budget I had planned for. The owners were all good guys and very friendly ( watch your lady around them ) lol j/k. I will definitely be back and as long as their in business they will have mine. Oh wear sun screen cause we all got toasted. That water was calm that day so it was like a mirror to the sun. THIS IS THE PLACE, TRUST ME. I've rode ski's all over the world. read more

Went to groupon and purchased (2) Single Kayaks. Called to make reservation. Spoke with the owner and he "doesn't take groupon tickets" because I had a promo code that took $3 off!! Groupon doesn't let you make a reservation until you print voucher and they dont give refund after printing voucher. Owner told me "sorry about your luck, call your bank". This guy was an ass on the phone. I offered to even pay more than the $3 from discount and he denied us. Try to surprise my wife with nice Kayak trip for anniversary but because of this absolutely RUDE owner I cannot do that because of $3. ALSO if you use his Groupons, the owner said he has "seperate" kayaks for Groupon Orders so dont expect anything nice. He is giving you the cheapest Kayaks he has. Thanks a lot buddy! read more

Response from owner over a year later is a complete lie, I never called them prior to showing up. So not only do they have horrible customer service but they are liars too. AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE: I'm not sure what you're confused about??? I never called your company, I was never told you no longer accepted Groupon, why didn't Groupon know that? After I drove an hour to your hidden location you informed me that you no longer do business with them. You didn't offer any alternative or solution, are you still confused??? It seems that it's just lie after lie with your company! I'm sure that your lack of customer service will eventually put you out of business. The owners were awesome ! Made sure to review all safety precautions throughly so our jet ski and canoe rides were safe and fun . Make sure you follow the directions to keep jet ski far far away from other riders , unless you plan to pay for the cost of a new jet ski :-) Prices were very reasonable and we were able to ride for about 60 mins and then canoe for almost 2 hours ! There are even snacks on site to purchase because I sure did work up an appetite between each water sport activity. I will be returning very soon ! read more

Soooo disappointing!!!! Be ware, THE OWNERS ARE HUSTLERS.. They ended our ride 10 minutes early and refused to refund me for the missed time/money. Our ride was supposed to be 1 hr for $85. I paid for 4 ppl. So they owed me $56 but agreed to only return $29 to me and said that was too much and they won't give me any more because it was only 10 min. I know that might not seem like a lot but people should get even minute you pay for. I told him that was bad business and essentially stealing from his customers and he told me he's not worried about it and hung up on me. The experience was a lot of fun and they all seemed so nice until it came to money. But I felt hustled and cheated and swindled at the end. Very sad read more

This is really such a great place to go out on a weekend. My boyfriend and I went kayaking and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly , giving us tips on how to properly kayak and suggestions on which waterways to take. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE!! 100% recommend. Lex and Justin were amazing from the start - from reserving the jet skis to instructions on how to ride to returning them. It was seamless from start to finish. The experience and price were the most competitive by far in the Tampa/Clearwater Beach area. And more than worth it! We stopped at Whiskey Joe's (a great spot for food and drinks) for a total of a 2 hour experience. We had to come back the very next day for some more.
