I pretty much knew I wanted a bowl but I tried something different . So I tried the Turkish meatballs with Quinoa and grilled veggies. It was more like medallions than meatballs but they were good! Hubbie got the *new Tilapia plate w/Dill caper sauce. I stole it to put on mine lol. Delicious! The fish was seasoned well My son got the Spicy Harissa chicken sandwich. He said it wasnt hot but the boy loves eating anything that tastes like hellfire so. Take that as you will. We got hummus and pita chips. Good might be a little hard to some. We have good teeth so its all good lol Our app came fast and then our meal right after. All in all a pretty good experience except employees going in and out by the door by us. Its cold outside. Please be more considerate in the winter. So it hit everything I use to give a good review quick service, Good food, clean bathrooms, and nice employees . Will I keep coming of course! I was looking for a healthier, gluten free lunch option while my dad was in the hospital next to this location, and wow, I was blown away. I live in Oregon, so this was my first time trying Taziki's. I got the Kypelos bowl with rice, and I was grateful to be able to customize to remove the dairy ingredients. Order pick-up was quick and easy, and I felt the prices were reasonable due to the animal proteins tasting fresh and well-seasoned. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered two additional times while my dad was in the hospital! I do wish there was an option to get the beef cut into smaller pieces, but that won't stop me from ordering again next time I'm in town. :) read more

A couple times a year, I participate in events that get Taziki's boxed/catered meals. The food is always consistently pretty good. While I haven't been for a dine-in experience, the food we've gotten catered has been good. The usual is the chicken roll-ups or a gyro with chips and either fruit or pasta salad side. Not sure I would order them for dine-in since I already know what they taste like, but their better than fast food options are a nice alternative to burgers and chicken tenders. read more

I've had tzatziki's multiple times over the years and several times at this particular location. I brought a friend from out of town and he said it was one of the best gyros he had ever had! I always get their grilled lamb and they now have bowl options available, which were absolutely delicious! You get to pick your base and your protein and any add-ins and I loved my bowl! The alabaster location is large with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious! read more

Traveling home on a long road trip and wanted something fast but healthy. Omgoodness this was amazing! I had a bowl with basmati rice, vegetables and grilled chicken. We also got a side of falafel and a euro. Very quick and not too far from highway! This was a great pit stop and breathe of fresh air from the usual fast food choices. Now it's so easy with the App and you earn Stars for future discounts. I've been to many Taziki's locations, and this one is by far the BEST. It's so crazy how you can order the exact same meal at multiple Taziki's across different states and the food quality varies so drastically. My family and I much prefer this location. It just always feels like there's a little more pride and attention to detail. I can't tell you how many times my family and I have visited the Trussville location, specifically, where the chicken in the roll up is completely hard and dry and inedible and the potatoes are undercooked and under seasoned or they just completely disregard and substitutions or requests. I don't think we have ever had an issue in this location, and I've been to many locations across multiple states. Would absolutely recommend this location! read more

This is one a few favorite local places for lunch with friends with various dietary requests. There is something for everyone--gluten free, keto, etc. Most recently I had the chicken roll ups after Taziki's had catered a local soccer tournament. (The family member who didn't think he liked Taziki's devoured some chicken roll ups!) I chose the tomato-cucumber salad for my side. The pasta salad is also very good, but I wanted something a little lighter for the day. We also enjoy eating on the patio. read more

Food is great just if you order via phone online whatever if they tell you a time plan on adding 30 minutes to actually pick it up. If you know that going in you will have a better experience. Everyone I struggling with less workers and delays on delivery of items is part of that. Even with that never had a bad meal. Will eat here again and everything on the menu so far has been amazing. PS. Management just go ahead and add the 30 minute delay to orders and customers will be impressed when they get it a little quicker instead of late. read more

On our way in to Birmingham we ordered over the phone and picked it up on the way to my sister-in-law 's. We ordered the family feast and we're not disappointed. The chicken was very moist and flavorful, the salad was excellent, and the taziki was an excellent compliment with chicken. Our only complaint was that they would not do a mix or chicken and beef even at additional costs. This seems like it would be a simple request and a common request, however the hostess could not be talked into it. The baklava was delicious. read more

I want to make everyone aware of false advertising practices at this Tazikis location. the advertised price on menu and large sign at beginning of line is $8.99 for pimento cheese. they wanted to charge me over $13 and said that would be new price when they got new menus. I talked with male manager (June 18 between 2:00-3:00) and he wouldn't honor advertised price. I don't know if he was incompetent and couldn't adjust cash register or just chose not to do so. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. read more
