I was given Greek dressing. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I requested. Additionally, I asked and paid for extra peppers and extra olives. Maybe my idea of extra ingredients doesn't align with what they would consider extra. I did appreciate that they actually withheld the onions like I asked. Dining Experience 7/19/23 POOR SERVICE I had dinner at the Colonnade location on the evening of 7/19/23. When my party arrived at 8:15 PM and the sign on the door indicated they closed at 9 PM. Upon our arrival we noticed that all but one table had the chairs placed on the table for cleaning and all the outdoor seating was closed. We asked the cashier if they were closing early and he responded that a coworker was just trying to finish cleaning in time because it was her last night. When we placed our order, the ice machine was out of ice and it seemed that the sweet tea was out as well. We asked the lady cleaning the dining room if there was a backup canister of sweet tea and she said "no", and that it was too late to make additional tea. We then discovered that there was tea that had been made but had not been sweetened, and this sparked an interaction between her and the cashier on who should get the sugar and sweeten it. I asked for the MOD and asked if he had observed the interaction and he indicated that he had not. I explained what happened and received no acceptable response. I also noticed that the three individuals were discussing the situation and laughing. I am concerned that this is a training and teaching opportunity for all levels of your staff. It is unacceptable that the staff responded and interacted in such an unprofessional manner. I emailed the manager of this location with the hope they would take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve staff training and customer service. BUT NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM In response to the response from Taziki's - I have emailed the individual twice with no response, first emailed contained my telephone number.
