Great location with seating area inside/outside and including a mezzanine area. Service was relax and slow , though in terms of staff there was more than 10 (not including the behind the scene - kitchen area). Out of the ten, it was unclear what eight of them were really doing other than chatting. We waited like 10 mins to be greeted and seated and other 10 to ask what we wanted to drink. Food presentation was excellent and fresh. However, me and my son were not excited about the tasting final and most important experience. My bacon inside the sandwich was low quality all greasy and under cooked and my sun's brioche sandwich was a disappointment with a single slice of ham inside a 2 by 2 inches of simple bread. I would give this place 2 1/2 stars if I could. Frappes/drinks were good and the service was fine. My greatest concern is waiting for almost an hour for food for some of it to come out overcooked/hard and dry. Inside is beautiful and pleasing to the eye but not enough for us to return. Presentation was amazing but unortunately just not worth the time and effort it took to come here. read more

This is my second time here and I gotta admit the first time was closer to the grand opening and was much better. Today we came here in hopes for a great brunch. Unfortunately the food was mediocre and a bit dry. The mood of the place was great until the employees Bluetooth device was choppy and cutting in and out. My waiter only spoke spanish which was ok til we both realize they had seasonal dishes advertised that they no longer served. I won't be coming back here due to the lack of concern for providing great service and delicious food. Oh the drinks were the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating. read more

Lets just start by the fact that we came in at 1:30pm and its currently 3:41pm and we just got got our food. Dont even bother ordering risotto either. I ordered the Filet Mignon with risotto and as shown in the picture, that is clearly ORZO pasta and NOT risotto. Ordered Medium Well and my meat came dry, cold and overcooked. My mom was served raw chorizo with no warning, server indicated that wasn't supposed to happen. When asked for a manager we were informed there was none in the premises to help us. When we brought up to their attention that they brought us the wrong item, they called us liars and said we were wrong. Never coming back NOR recommending I just want to add the fact that after the waitress told us that our food was INDEED raw she decided she will charge us altho we returned it once we realized (one was eaten and thats how we noticed. She claims that because we didnt notice BEFORE my mom bite into it then it classifies as being eaten and we must be charged. She claims that the chefs nor herself noticed but we should have noticed before biting it somehow. She demanded a higher tip (we tipped 15% despite everything) after calling me and my family liars, treated us like a joke and denied letting us speak with anyone else. Great place to grab breakfast or brunch. We went while we were in vacation. The staff is very friendly. Our server Ian was AMAZING, he didn't missed a beat . The food was fresh, great quality and delicious. The price our reasonable and they have a variety in the menu. You can seat inside or in the terrace. What I loved was the decorations and set up. Was at this restaurant in early June of 2024 and it appears that my bad review has been removed. Like several of the other reviews, the restaurant is nicely decorated but with the slowest of service. I was eating with my granddaughter, she ordered pancakes and I a ham sandwich. She got her meal and after waiting about 20 minutes for my sandwich I complained and it appeared about 3 minutes later. Coincidence, I don't believe so. The four others in our party waited almost 1.5 hours and left. Attentive waitress, poor management and non existent, long order cooks. read more

I've had scrambled eggs (huevos revueltos) with mixed vegetables. It was ok. A bit dry to my taste, not fluffy. But I saw that people on tables around us had some huge dishes in big plates that looked pretty. The service was very slow. We had to wait for an hour for a simple breakfast items. While visiting family they told me about this place. Ambiance is really upbeat with the decor and background music playing. Kind of reminds me of when I visit Fort Lauderdale. Food was good and the servings are a nice size. The specialty coffee drinks are delicious for sure. You can eat inside or outside. We decided to sit outside but would have preferred eating inside due to being a bit humid and flies being a nuisance. I will definitely go back next time I visit but this time I'll choose eating inside. Waitstaff is really personable and speaks English if you don't know any Spanish. read more

Visited this restaurant on 9/11/22 for dinner. Capacity was at a minimum so we were expecting prompt service. Over 1 hr after ordering pasta with meatballs and quesadillas, I got up and asked to cancel my order. Like magic...the food appear. The waiter was rude and attempted to make it clear that she was not in control of the food being delayed. The pasta plate was extremely hot as if it was just removed from a microwave. When I asked the waiter if the Manager normally makes rounds by the tables to check on customers, she said "he is not a waiter". My wife and I visit restaurants around Puerto Rico often. This one is off our list for future visits. Recommendation: Train and supervise the staff. It is a best practice for Managers to visit the tables and ask how the customers are enjoying their dining experience. Primera vez visitando y lamentablemente la ultima. No sea si mi mala experiencia sea una conducta regular o mala suerte. Pides una cosa y te traerán lo que ellos quieran. No tenían disponible muchos ingredientes y trajeron el pedido sin avisar que no estaban disponibles dichos ingrediente. Para mis chicos pedí waffles NO WHIP CREAM y llegaron ambos con whip cream. Lo cual se resuelve facilmente. Pero en mi caso pedi Omellete con vegetales, feta, alcaparras y bacon con tostadas de tomate. Me llegó omellete de feta y bacon... no vegetales, no alcaparras y las tostadas regulares. LO PEOR... al pedir que me corrigieran la orden, me dijeron que no tenian todo lo demás disponible y por eso lo sirvieron asi... totalmente inaceptable, debieron dejarme saber antes de servirme para dar opcion de escoger otra alternativa. Beautiful ambiance love the decor. I ordered the desayuno de oro and it brought a little bit of everything, eggs, mini pancakes and French toast. It was super fresh and yummy. The coffee was good and they showed off their barista skills with a beautiful flower made of milk. My brother ordered the chicken and waffles and that was a mistake. El lugar es encantador y oor eso decidi darle una segunda oportunidad aunque la primera no fue de mucho agrado. Esta segunda vez volvi pero al igual que la primera el servicio muy lento para solo estar operando un 50% y tener una gran cantidad de meseros.
