This was my first PT experience and I was told that I was going to have a $40 co-pay per visit, which I figured would be like my PCP where no deductible was at play. Even on the intake form, I initialed that I only had a $40 co-pay per visit. I ended up visiting 5 times and every time they took a $40 co-pay. More than two months later, I unexpectedly get a bill for $400! I called the billing office and they confirmed that I was given incorrect information about my benefits by the office staff, and that my deductible did apply in this case. Had I known that and had knowledge about how much each visit was going to cost me, I likely would have not scheduled additional visits and continued my rehab at home. Even though the billing office confirmed that bad information was given to me, they were unwilling to make it right. They are leaning on their disclaimer form, which makes them harmless for any mistakes made on their end. It's too bad patients don't have that type of protection. I have a pretty standard BCBS plan from what I understand. After the first visit was billed and paid, the practice should have notified me that my benefits were not as they were presented so that I could make an informed decision about future visits. Instead, they continued to only collect a co-pay and not notify me of the applicable deductible. I'm going to pay the bill but I wanted to post today to warn other patients to check your own insurance coverage prior to going to this practice. Additionally, I suggest that you inquire what the service fees and contracted rates are for your insurance coverage so that you can understand what potential patient responsibility you might have in the case that that they make another error in reading your benefits. Despite the good care, I will not be returning to this practice due to their unwillingness to right a mistake. I was willing to split the difference with them and pay $200, but they declined. Very disappointing.

I travel quite a bit for work, sleep in hotel beds, sit for 5 hour flights etc. and I look forward to seeing Dr D, after a long trip. He knows exactly what my back needs. I saw Brent more often, and he always took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure they were addressed. He taught me stretches and exercises, carefully making sure I was doing them correctly. He knew when to advance my exercises, so I built up my strength. His dedication to helping me recover was outstanding. Julie was just as wonderful. She listened carefully and always found the right stretches or exercises to help with whatever I was experiencing. She would work on my muscle knots until I felt relief. She was caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. I'm so grateful for the care and support they both provided throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Brent and Julie to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled physical therapists.

Many people in my community made recommendations about this place when I posted a question on a…read morelocal Facebook page. I was looking for a good chiropractor when I hurt my back. It was easy to schedule an appointment with flexible hours (very convenient for those who are working). Dr Krupa prescribed a treatment plan along with massage therapy. I felt relief right after the first session. I continued with the treatment plan for a few months and now can proudly say that my back is "fixed". I am pain free. I continue with the massage therapy right next door. With the right plan and care I am now fully active and pain free. Highly recommend this place.

The place is relatively small and the the docotor was super nice and helpful. She wasn't corny or cheesy like most doctors but was really genuine and helped me on the first day even though it was just an evaluation! Most docs just want your insurance money but she acually seemed to want to help. She did some muscle massages and recommended exercises to help neck movement. Overall this is a great place and super helpful, although they dont take debit cards :/
