While two of the men got started on the job , Rubin started to ask this client personal questions and giving her some unsolicited remarks about his life. This conversation made my friend very uncomfortable and she retreated back into the the house. When the work was completed , Rubin came to the door and told the the owner that Amy would send an invoice for the completion of work but that invoice didn't include their tip so she wrote a check to Rubin for the tip. " WHAT" Since when do you pay landscapers a tip. This was a very scary experience for her and she felt violated and taken advantage of. Needless to say she won't ever use Andy's again.
