We came here today after not having been here in a few years. We used to come pretty regularly in 2017 or so and we really enjoyed coming here. Today, however, was not a pleasant experience. This was my first time coming to TCBY and I was not disappointed! The store itself is small, but they have a pretty decent variety of flavors and toppings, and everything seemed sanitized and fully stocked. I got the cake batter yogurt while my boyfriend got Oreo. We topped our cups with tons of toppings--cheesecake bites, Oreo chunks, rainbow sprinkles, strawberries, and more. They also provide a student discount if you have your ID! My family and I enjoy coming here. It is conveniently located in Azalea Square shopping center so there is plenty of parking. They have a great variety of frozen yogurt with plenty of toppings for everyone's taste buds. From those of us who have a big sweet tooth to those of us who love to eat healthy. If you pay with debit or a credit card, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your next visit. The only reason that I didn't give them a 5 Star rating is due to the employees there. Not once have we ever been greeted upon entering, never a "thank you for coming", and rarely do you get a smile out of any of them. Not impressed. Tables were dirty, and there was a penny in the sprinkles. Trash cans were filled to the max even though it wasn't super busy. Also, there were not any sugar free options. This was disappointing considering normal frozen yogurt joints have at least one sugar free option. The only good thing I have to say is that there was a large selection of toppings. read more

I visited TCBY Yogurt on Monday it was "Stuff your Cup" night which is a special promotion that the location in Summerville runs on Monday Nights. They allow you to fill one of their "smaller than the regular sized cups" with as much frozen yogurt and toppings as you can fit inside the cup. The yogurt selection at this location is about what you would find at any other TCBY in the Greater Charleston area however the customer service is LACKING. I asked the cashier/girl working the counter "Morgan" if I could have a tiny sample cup (that they normally provide to all customers) to try the salted caramel flavored Frozen Yogurt, she told me NO! She told me that she had just given the last sample cup to the customer that she was ringing up and since that time her manager had sent her a text telling her not to give any more samples out because it was Monday and they were already running a special! I asked her if she was telling me that she just gave the customer in front of me a sample cup but was telling that I could not have one and she said YES! This is the rudest I've been treated in any business/establishment and I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and unfriendly attitude of the staff. read more

Very friendly staff. It was our first time there and my wife had a hard time figuring out what to get and asked the girl behind the counter what she recommended. TCBY makes excellent frozen yogurt, but you'll pay the price! At $.58 per ounce at the Azalea Square store, you'll soon see that this is one of the most expensive TCBY stores that you'll find. A normal serving can easily end up costing you over $8! They charge at least 10 cents more per ounce than other TCBY stores in other areas of the country. The greater Charleston, SC area doesn't have a high cost of living, so it makes no sense to charge resort prices for their product. A review by a customer in the resort town of Ocean City, MD complained about the high price they had to pay...which was $.52 per ounce. Azalea Square is 10% higher than that! I'll be searching for another yogurt store, but I'll miss their white chocolate mousse frozen yogurt! read more

I am all about trying new frozen yogurt flavors and establishments and since I had tried some store-bought TCBY frozen yogurt before, I was excited to try some in an actual TCBY shop. There is a mellow atmosphere and the workers are always in and out of the back. I had about 4 different flavors and they were delicious! I do not know how much they charge per ounce her but if it is like SweetFrog or YoHut, I would say it is around 50 cents an ounce, maybe more since it is a bigger chain. read more
