Really good ice cream, and their website is good at promoting health concerns and calorie friendly options. I have only been in through drive thru which has been fine and fast. my biggest concern is that 3/4 times that i have been there someone's finger has ended up in my ice cream. and 4/4 times they aren't wearing gloves... i hope they wash their hands!! The location is strange, staff is always kind of unpleasant, and their deals are odd. The atmosphere is not one that welcomes guests, nor does it inspire you to go there more often. The deals are good but they happen one day of the week,so if you don't time the days correctly you end up paying $7+ for a shitty smoothie. Good yogurt/flurries, but they have given me an entirely different order on multiple occasions. Like I'll ask for "strawberry ice cream with strawberries and oreos mixed in", but end up with "chocolate ice cream with almonds and bananas". Staff was awesome at this TCBY. The drive-thru was getting crazy, but I didn't wait long in the store. It wasn't that we had any special reaction, but they seemed to treat each other as a staff with respect and kindness which showed me a lot about their character. They seemed to enjoy their job which made me enjoy buying ice cream from them. Great employees and great night for me because of them. read more

I will never be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE PROVIDED by the girl at the register (the receipt shows the cashiers name was "Syriab"?). I showed up at 10:40pm (20 min before closing time), I chose to ignore the rude attitude she had treated me with while taking my order- but when I asked if they could put Kit Kat toppings on top of my soft serve I was yelled at and she stated in a snarky remark "since we're closing soon we up already put the toppings away", she made it very apparent that we were an inconvenience to her. I then just confirmed and asked "so you aren't able to put toppings on?", she then turned to her coworker asking if she wanted to put the toppings on, that employee then looked at us and stated she had a headache- I then finally said "it's fine if you aren't able to" as it clearly was a issue for them and became an uncomfortable situation. Then when my friend ordered she politely (even though we had been treated so rudely) asked a question about a flavor and the employee ROLLED HER EYES at us. I was truly repulsed by her actions- I would have understood if it was 5-10min before closing, but 20 MINUTES...I have worked in the service industry and it is known you are suppose to serve until closing time, I had only asked her to add a topping to my ice cream- not cook a meal. I will be contacting corporate about this as well as the interaction I was just faced with was the worst I have ever encountered at any food service establishment. read more

I love the TCBY in my hometown, everyone is super welcoming and takes the time to get to know repeat costumers. I was craving some TCBY- as i hadn't tried the one here yet. We went to the drive thru a good hour before their sign says they closed and waited for 15 minutes only to get up to the window and have one of the employees rudely point at a sign that said they were "closed" 45 minutes before their advertised closing time? I love TCBY! They have a ton of different items to choose from! They also have daily specials that allows people on a budget to be able to get a really good treat! The yogurt is rich and creamy! There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from. They have lots of toppings to chose from! It has a warm family feel to it, but it is open late to cater to the college students and the people working late! They have gift cards that make gift giving easy!
