This place really should close! After giving them yet another chance after several instances of poor service I went today and after waiting for someone from Subway to come I order a sundae as they have a huge sign out front as that is the daily special I'm told we don't have that ???? I said you don't have sundaes? I mean that's yogurt/ice cream, nuts and whipped cream right ?!!! Ok so I can finally mark this place off the list and head down to Yogurt Bayou. read more

I wasn't sure if it was closed. At around 7:30pm, the lights were on, the doors unlocked, there was someone working in the adjacent Subway, but no one in the TCBY side. Which was fine because after taking a moment to look around and see old, slimy looking melted ice cream and the unsanitary condition of the place, I didn't want anything. read more

This was the nastiest tcby I've ever been in! The chocolate frozen yogurt didn't even taste chocolatey. The toppings were scattered and looked like they'd been there for days. Under the yogurt machine in our view was trash and the floor was disgusting! read more

I love TCBY. I love the ones in Alabama at least. The ones that have everything they advertise. I go onto the TCBY website and see all the things I want. Peanut butter sauce mmm. Cheesecake froyo yum. I drive to the store only to discover that they only have 4 machines so they don't make the advertised flavors only 4 they pick. Pb sauce? No go. The girl behind the counter was very nice, so that's a plus. But they didn't have the flavors I wanted nor the toppings. If you're going to open a franchise it needs to have everything the same as the business plan advertises. That's how a franchise succeeds. This was a huge disappointment but whatever, I went home and made my own pb sauce that was divine! read more

This place is disgusting!!! First, they didn't have soft serve yogurt at all. Second none of their toppings were out because sugar ants were taking over. Third, the worker had to search in the back room for spoon for the ice cream my child ordered before I realized the ant situation read more

Every time we come here, it is nothing to be impressed by. Staff hangs out at subway, when they do come over they seem extremely annoyed to help. Ordered a parfait (on the menu) and was told they no longer carry that item. Proceed to order a shiver (which toppings are supposed to be mixed in to frozen yogurt), instead I just get the toppings thrown on top. I hear another girl tell the person behind me the machine is broken. Beyond that, apparently the vanilla frozen yogurt is actually just mush. Spent $9 on melted frozen yogurt with a few sprinkles on top and mint ice cream with freezer burn. No apologies from the staff and no offer to make what we ordered in something else because you are out of the cup. The management really needs to get their staff together. read more
