I tell them my app is faulty (Ive reloaded multiple times) and I cannot get my 200+ credits. They send me a form letter basically saying "sorry...better luck next time." I doubt it was even read. I will return less frequently. Just don't tout a reward program that no longer functions. I used to be told when I had credits. That now is controlled by computers and apps that are faulty. Your product is great. Just back it up with a tad more integrity.
