But across the board, workers are extremely inconsistent with how they make sandwiches and salads. Why does a six inch sub that cost $9 only get 2 cucumbers? And why does a footlong only get 4 cucumbers? Why does a footlong only get three broken up strings of bell peppers? Why does a footlong on thick a*s bread only get one line of mustard that you won't be able to taste? Why is a six inch only getting 3 jalapeno peppers? Some workers barely put any toppings on a footlong or a salad while other workers make items how they themselves would want their own made which is respectable. My only conclusion is that they skimp on putting ingredients on their $9-$15 sandwiches because they don't want to run out of ingredients before they can get a break. You can still ask them for more toppings on your sandwiches or salads but it is absolutely pitiful for their baseline ingredient placement to be so little given the fact that these are expensive sandwiches now. Some workers absolutely rush through the creation of your sandwich which also forces an awkward atmosphere to outright ask for more of something or a correction. Some workers also have a crazy habit of doing the exact opposite of what a customer asked for them to do. One customer asked for a sandwich to be lightly toasted and the worker left the sandwich in the toaster for at least ten seconds after the timeframe of a fully toasted sandwich. (This is just one example, not the only) Some workers too frequently choose trying to make the sandwich as quickly as possible over maintaining the integrity of the sandwich.
