I've been going to this shop for the last 4-5 months and enjoy the folks here. I've never had any issues and I love that the store owner is very helpful and helps his customers. He has lots of selections of different items from figurines, cards, and binders. His prices do keep up with the market but I've always enjoyed coming here after work. I forgot to add, he has a really neat point system for every purchase ($5 off, 15% off, etc.) He also does military discount! He hosts a lot of events and follow his shop on Instagram (TCGdistrict). Worker is a POS, absolute worst customer service, super rude off the bat, what's worse is their prices and inability to follow market value, a box set of card originally priced near $50 being charged upwards of $80. Old sets by the way. This shop all around has low reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they've proven why that's the case. One time their excuse for why they charge what they do is because the "owner" buys a little higher than market and sells higher to make profit. Please tell your owner to make better decisions or choose a different profession, They also said they go based on what TCG says it's priced at. No they do not. And aren't willing to work with you on any pricing. Worker said " you are not going to haggle me for $10" haggle YOU? You're the one pricing so high, you're the one scamming. Do not shop here, do not buy from this store , do not even drive near it, it is not worth your time. There are way better shops willing to work with you and give you fair deals or pricing. Pre-ordered Destined Rivals bundle (Booster Box + Elite Trainer Box) back in May, contacted numerous times to check the status of my order and no response. They posted a tracking number on July 1st and I thought it would be good news.. and it's now August still haven't received anything and the tracking number has not moved at all still stuck on "pre-shipment" and I am now fed up with waiting and asked for cancellation and still no response. I did a preorder back in March 2025 and didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking confirmation to this day. They ignore all emails and turned off commenting on all their social media accounts like IG, X, etc. Owner also made fun of people who leave bad reviews on google but managed to get the complaints taken down. This is my first bad review I've ever left for a company. I'm actively hoping for the downfall of this company due to their shady practices and getting "free loans" from customers. They know you're going to attempt a charge back and will send you fake tracking to try and keep your money. Stopped at there recent Popup event a "POPMART" one and it sucked. No organization at all, supposedly there was supposed to be a person in charge of the line and nope, nothing. The owner came out and accused my girlfriend and I about telling other customers that we were first in line and some other bullshit. I've never been treated with such blatant hostility and disrespect. The owner acted like I was a problem rather than a customer. Owner went based of word of mouth and approached me with accusations that were false. He was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear that they didn't value my time or business. It wasn't just poor service, it was unprofessional and completely unacceptable behavior. I left feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. Pre ordered destined rivals back in March and still haven't received my order. They were marked as delivered by usps and I checked with neighbors and my ring camera and usps didn't even come by my block that day. pre ordered a DR ETB from them two months after expected ship date the package has not shipped! SCAMMERS

Sometime in 2024 is when things got bad. I placed an order that never got passed label created. Emailed them about it and they "needed" time to investigate. Told me USPS employee must have stolen the package and they even posted on Twitter about it saying they were looking at other shipping providers due to it. Given all the fallout from them, they likely never sent it. I had been a recurring customer with no issues prior to this incident so I thought it was a one time thing, they gave me store credit after I kept pushing on a weekly basis for some resolution. A couple weeks later I make an order with the store credit but that never shipped either and after the first email I sent asking for an update they cancel and refund without even replying to me. This is when I knew they were doing something shady. You've seen the mountain of Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter posts about them not shipping so that speaking volumes of the store. Looks like they took down their online store and I would never recommend buying from their brick and mortar store. read more
