I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.

Beware of their practice of charging for your app't up front. I had the unpleasant experience of…read morehaving to cancel once I arrived for reasons that were not disclosed to me when the app't was made. Their use of menthol, which permeated the building and antidotes homeopathic remedies, was the issue. Even though I disclosed to them at the time the app't was scheduled that I used homeopathic remedies they did not inform me of the use of menthol in the building. Subsequently, I could not risk antidoting my remedies and had to cancel on the spot. I requested a refund and was told that I was not eligible for a refund due to their refund policy and that the Dr. who was scheduled to treat me traveled in for the app't - not taking into consideration my time/travel to the app't and obvious lack of disclosure. They offered me an early morning app't with another Dr. but I could not accept due to the environment. Once again, beware of this provider that requires $$ up front!!
