Started a service request for my son who was stranded with TCS at 12:50 today, after 3 times of being told they would be there within the next hour I was told they would be onsite in 30 minutes and "were tracking the driver", so he will definitely be there. Was no one ever dispatched before? Where is the customer service or communication on delays if you could track them the whole time? Over 4 hours later and still waiting on a driver. Calls to their number go to a full mailbox that tells you to text so you can't even speak to them to get updates. All in all a HORRENDOUS experience. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews because this happens all the time. And hopefully you don't have a fleet account or Agero who keep using them regardless of how bad they are. read more

TCS was contracted through my companies fleet management service to be towed to a nearby (5 minutes away) shop. When the shop declined the vehicle the driver contacted no one (fleet management confirmed no contact, no one ever called me) and drove the vehicle an hour away to their storage lot where it sat all day with no activity. When I was finally able to reach someone at TCS, they expressed no concern or remorse for the troubles they have caused and time delayed from me being able to complete my job. I was given a ETA this morning between 10:09 - 10:39AM to tow my pickup to Sky collision but they never show up. I called and they gave me 12:45PM as the next ETA but never show up. I texted at 1:34PM asking if they will come. They said they will come. I called at 4:32PM and nobody answered. Worst services for two reasons: 1. Never show up as promised. 2. Never showed up. Said they would be there by 8:25. Wednesday called at 8:40 and were sent straight to voicemail everytime. They then called back at 8:50 to say they were going to be there soon. They then said they would give us a call back in ten minutes with an updated ETA. They never called back. So we called Life360 because we could not get in contact with them. TCS showed up, communicated, and they were prompt. A different provider assigned by our insurance company canceled our tow after we waited almost 3 hrs. TCS answered the call and came very quickly. I wish we had them first!! I'd work w them again. read more
