Just picked up my Xpel PPF fully wrapped Model X. It looks amazing and Tony had the best price out of the three places that I called. Great service! I had my Tesla Model 3 put the XPEL film on the front and rear bumper back in January, and few weeks ago my car car scuffed precisely on the front bumper in the parking garage. I took my car back to TCT Wraps, they just replaced the film and the car now looks like absolutely nothing had happened. Amazing! TCT Wraps did a great job on my vehicle. They applied tint and the 3M paint protection mask. When I showed up for my appointment they let me take my time to choose a tint level and they answered all of the questions that I had. The guys were really easy to work with and they showed a lot of concern for my car. I felt like they treated it as if it were their own. The only problem for me was how far outside of Portland their shop is. I'm guessing that is how they are able to offer lower prices than other reputable shops in and around Portland. read more

Excellent sales tactics, average quality of work. After several cordial conversations over the phone, Tony convinced me TCT offered the very best clear bra install for my new Porsche. Once I discovered a few issues, his arrogance took over and was unwilling to make it right. What he claimed he could perform and what he delivered were quite different. I've already posted a review of this business but I just had an encounter today that compelled me to leave an update. I took my car to a clinic put on by the club I belong to. I got a ding, a small dent, in my hood somewhere along the way. It didn't break the paint thanks to the PPF TCT put on the hood. One of the folks at the event (wheel restorations, paint correction, mechanical consultation) is a body tech that specializes in dent removals. As I was waiting my turn I was chatting with the gentleman who checked us in and the subject turned to my dent when he said "have you thought about doing a clear bra?" LOL. I said yeah the whole front of the car has PPF on it! He says "really? I can't even tell! There are no seams or any indication sits there." Anyway my turn comes and I'm in the shop and the body work guy asked me "who did the wrap on this?" So I said right away "Tony, over at TCT wraps did it" and this guys says "well, excellent work on it". I was looking for a spot on Yelp to get my windows tinted in the Portland-Beaverton-Hillsboro area. TCT Wraps was reviewing very well, and I noticed that whoever ran their page replied to messages in an hour. I messaged their page and got a quick reply from Tony, who quoted me roughly the same as other businesses in the area and explained what was street legal in Portland, what he suggested, etc. Quick responses are always appreciated and I setup an appointment through Yelp. Took my car there, it was finished in the time quoted to me, and the finished product looks great. Can't ask for much more; definitely recommend this spot for tinting. Got my 981 tinted here. Went with legal limit of 40%. I do wish I went darker but was recommended to go with 40%. Communication was good - and they did a good job with the install. I had called around for weeks and had many higher than anticipated quotes for the job including the dealership from where I purchased the car and hoped for somewhat of a deal. Great experience working with the crew at TCT. Brought in my brand new MB CLS400 to have a clear bra and tinting done. The quality of the work was fantastic and much better that what the dealer wanted to do for half as much. Had them add protection to the headlights and mirrors. They were really helpful with the tinting, so many options it can be overwhelming. We decided on a legal application of the high end heat reducing tint. As a small family owned shop, I wasn't sure what to expect when I brought my car in to be tinted and to have the roof wrapped. But after talking to Tom and Tony, I realized my car would be in good hands with their years of expertise and precision. They walked me through exactly what would be done with car, how long it would take, and any other questions I may have had. I was able to set up an installation date with them within the next two weeks, as they were super booked for tint jobs. When I arrived to see the finished job, I was amazed at how good the tint turned out and how flawless my black roof wrap looked. We asked Tony for a full car wrap on our Porsche Macan last summer. Waited til now to review. Macan is tough SUV to wrap, lots of angles & body changes. TCT did a great job, we were very happy with the value & quality of wrap. Very labor intensive work & his lead guy does high quality work. We use EXPEL as I have used it before with good success Reason I'm writing review now is no issues with wrap until recently noticed what looked like blistering on rear quarter panel. Called Tony, he was open & concerned, no defensiveness you sometimes get from detailers. Just said send him photo first so he could check. Then we agreed on going to his shop. Across city for us but used Tony because of reputation. Was not disappointed. Longer story short, was not blistering something on top of EXPEL. Amazing customer service!! I had called several companies about pricing for having a clear bra installed on my new car after we found that it would be over $1200 to do it at the dealer. I got estimates from $645 to $995. I called another company that my husband had previously used but they told me they would need to keep the car overnight with no offer of a loaner car or rental. I called my husband to see if he could figure out a way to make this work- and in the mean time Tony, one of the owners, called to follow up on my call from the week before, when I told him my situation with the other company he said - no problem- make an appointment with us and we will take the cost of your rental off of your service. Done. They called Enterprise and set up the whole thing for me, and I dropped my car off last Thursday. He offered a few additional areas to install the clear bra that I hadn't thought of, which we opted not to do. I came back the next day- and was extremely happy! Their attention to detail rivals my own!! For example, they rounded the film on the hood over and under the edge so there would be no uncovered spots. They were the cheapest place I called, which made my husband very happy!! And they still covered all the little spots like the door edges and door handle cups! I felt super comfortable as a female handling the service on my own. Tony even helped my move my giant car seat back into my car! They are a small shop- and were able to get my car in right away. They also wrapped the back seats of my car so they would not scratch. The wrap, both inside and out, is perfect. There are no bubbles and they wrapped around the edges so you cannot tell the film is there. They guys at TCT are great to work with and I highly recommend them.
