Few reasons over time. New to Portland in November I locked myself out of my vehicle. July two calls for batteries, one for myself and one for my daughter. - he went above and beyond and actually cares about the person, their safety and what he's doing and goes that little extra mile to make sure that it's all good and that the driver is safe with that vehicle. I called JD's towing at 8 pm on a Thursday night, from Dallas. My son was in downtown Portland, at night, with a broken down vehicle. I called several other towing business and thankfully, Jordan was the first one who answered. I say "thankfully" because Jordan was fantastic. He was towing the car within an hour and dropped it off at the dealership we requested. He communicated with my son throughout the entire pickup process and let him know when the car was safely at the dealership. Jordan sent the invoice to me and I paid it online. Hopefully, my son will never need a tow truck again but if he does, we will call JD's towing! read more

Very pleased with the service. Friendly driver who responded to the call quickly. I told dispatch (who was the owner) where I wanted the car left and lamented that I'd have a hard time getting it into the garage. The owner showed up with the driver to offer help getting it pushed in. Thankfully, the car ended up in some kind of "limp" mode that allowed me drive it in, but you just don't see that kind of helpful service much these days. Big thumbs up. read more

I ran out of gas while out near the coast and ended up calling another company I found on google. They ended up calling JD's Towing and Jordan drove out near the coast to deliver some gas to me. He was super personable and was very honest since it seemed like the company that I had called earlier were using some sketchy practices. Car had a locked steering wheel and key wouldn't turn. Called them up to give it a tow. Jordan asked what was going on and said my trucks out but I can run over and try to get it unstuck.
