I use to bank there. Closed account after change machine scandal. Used ATM today for $200 withdrawal. Asked for all $20 bills. Gave me 2 50s and 20 $5 bills. Went to teller to ask for 20s, said he couldnt do it only for customers. I was a customer 2 minutes ago at their ATM that charged me 3.50 I could understand if I just walked in off the street. This has got to be the absolute worst bank to do business with. Be ready to set aside over an hour to actually speak to someone, who then transfers you to another number only tobe put on hold for over another hour. Then talk to someone at the fraud department who sounds like they hate you and their job. Then after all the attitude you're told pretty much that the fraud department doesn't investigate fraud. For that they refer you to the police after they close multiple fraud reports without so much as an investigation. I lost over $700.00 dollars to fraud and they just wouldn't conduct an investigation. Stay away from this bank, honestly they are not interested in doing anything for their customers. read more

I Will Never Use This Bank Again They Set up 2 different accounts for me at 2 different times and I was told that I had to pay $36.00 to take my account off of "Hold" status and then I get told I can't bank with TD Anymore. Every time I go in I get exactly what I need. The tellers are pleasant and helpful, I frequently ask for a copy of a check and it's made without any problem. I've needed many documents notarized and also never a problem. Parking is ample and the ATM is always working. I do make deposits now in the ATM, saves some time and it will print a photo of the check you deposit. All in all TD Bank is America's most convenient bank! read more

This Branch is GREAT!! The service is very fast and they have a good amount of staff there. I tried the branch in Carmel first and the line was to the Milky WAY because they only have one drive up window. I spent and extra 15 minutes to drive to the other branch and came back past Carmel and it only moved 4 or 5 cars! The hours kind of suck now, but they suck every where. They were very accommodating of my business deposits and let me pull to the front and took me right away! read more

Prior to my recent trip to Spain I alerted TD Bank I was traveling and would be using my TD credit card. I was actually in the branch to send an international wire and told the agent all about the trip to Spain. He told me the card was authorized and I was all set. I told him 10 months ago in Rome my TD card was deactivated when I tried to use it at an ATM despite me calling TD and telling them where in Italy I was traveling and when. He assured me notifying him was all I needed to do. A few weeks later I left for Spain. The first time I tried to use the card it was denied. Turns out TD deactivated it due to unusual usage (A restaurant in Spain). I had no other credit cards. When I returned it took a very patient and caring agent in the Pelham branch 40 minutes to finally get it activated. She apologized but no one else ever acknowledged the screw up and no compensation offered. Truly a terrible service bank. read more

I opened an acct for my son before he went to college. Knowing very well at that age mistakes will be committed I opted OUT of overdraft protection and specifically asked the representative at the local branch(Yorktown Heights) that he should not be able to spend money that is not in his account and I was assured that it would not happen. Well guess what I find out my son had an automatic deduction from his account for paypal which in turn for Netflix acct. The total deduction was for about $40-$60 but the fees added up to $300. After complaining they reduced those fees to $200 but still if I had declined overdraft protection why is it that the bank is allowing these deductions and then charging $35 for each incident. I questioned the representative but he could not come up with a satisfactory answer. I closed the account and will not use their trading platform as well. read more
